My future employer sent updated info within minutes, and thanks to Angela's grace under pressure, I didn't have to reschedule! Then there's Glenn from Boston--yes, I'm a proud Yankee fan, but I won't hold it against him. He's got a great sense of humor and a background in acting, which explains how he kept up with my hyperactive, joke-cracking energy. Elizabeth gets an honorary comedy badge for telling me to take Glenn with me to work so she could finally get some peace . Felicia at checkout was all smiles and even laughed at my corny jokes (she deserves a raise for that alone). And huge shoutout to Dr. Sidhu--the only provider on duty that day, handling a full lineup of patients like a true pro. Calm, focused, and professional, even when each case came with its own bag of surprises (mine included ). Yes, I was there longer than expected (3 hours total), and yes, my blood pressure decided to act up right when I was almost done. I even missed out on a $100 gig. But honestly? Concentra should train your front office to read TB test so the pt doesn't have to wait 30 + minutes for a two second TB to be read. It would make pt care flow better. I have been to other occupational facilities and never had to wait 30 min. + due to front desk being trained for the two second read. read more

Terrible. I went in for simple nasal sinus issues. The practitioner never even physically came in the room to examine me, she opened the door while standing in the hallway and told me to go to an urgent care that has X-ray machines. When I went to their recommended facility, they told me it was 100% not necessary and they didn't understand why that decision was made. Their capabilities to make decisions and provide any kind of treatment makes me question this practice. It also seemed they were short staffed so perhaps they tried pawning me off so they don't have to deal with me. Don't recommend. read more

The staff here were all very pleasant & the process was easy. There is decent traffic earlier in the morning, waiting room not overcrowded but full. The front desk staff was immediately attentive & got me set up with my paperwork- it's a shame they don't allow you to fill out & submit the forms online or schedule to check in ahead online. That would save a lot of unnecessary waiting time there. It still took about 30 minutes wait after filling the paperwork out to be seen. And while I really liked the doctor, appreciated his extremely kind bedside manner- I left very confused. I did not get a breakdown of what the "diagnosis" was. Only a sheet of other listed doctors in the area that I may be able to get an appointment with for the actual diagnosis, which I don't know what that is or even what to tell them since the term of what is suspected wasn't written down or relayed. So I basically left having to start at square 1 finding a different doctor. Not sure why I paid to be referred. I appreciate the help but I literally just sat for 2 hours & paid a $75 co-pay for a piece of paper telling me to be seen somewhere else. read more

Do not go here. There's an Indian doctor there that's terribly nice but doesn't communicate and takes no responsibility for her actions whatsoever. They are not a good place to do med card reissues. They do not know the laws and CDL DMV tells me they get constant complaints about them. Avoid Concentra! MBI is the best! read more

Poor customer service and slow. Waited an hour in the waiting room and saw the doctor for ten minutes for a physical. They said they would call me when they were done with the paperwork. Had to call daily for a week to see if the doctor signed off on the paperwork and they just say that they will call me back. They never called once. When I called they said the doctor finished the paperwork and they would have it ready for me at the front desk and when I arrived they had nothing. I came back two hours later and they finally had my paperwork. It doesn't take a week for a doctor to sign papers. read more

I came here as a walk in for work related testing and vaccines. I was helped quickly and professionally. I was incredibly nervous as I was getting multiple things done that day. Unfortunately I had a mini anxiety attack (crying & shaking) but the nurses and doctor (don't remember names) were amazing at helping me feel better. They gave me water, snacks and checked my vital signs multiple times before letting me leave. I truly appreciate how compassionate everyone was. I went to this facility for a work injury. I have never met a better staff, everyone I worked with was great and very friendly! The doctors, MA's and receptionists to the physical therapy dept. I had a couple of physical therapy appointments there and the staff was very nice and helpful as well. If I didn't live so far away I would use them as my urgent care. Absolutely terrible place to be regarding "urgent" care. I got here 15 min before they opened was 3rd person in line. I have been here for 2 hours and still haven't seen a doctor. I had to wait an hour for them to process my paperwork and all the lady had to was call provider and it was approved. (I had to ask what issue was before my paperwork went forward) They have only one doctor working and that is why my wait is so long..... no y'all made a mistake and I'm stuck behind all the patients you put in front of me. I will never come here again. Would not recommend to anyone. The medical assistant didn't even where gloves when taking my Covid tests out of package. All of this for a doctors note for work........just to add more to the fire I was never seen went to front desk was told wait time was until 1pm like it's 10am why would no one come tell me this. I will talking with mgr of this location because this is terrible management and should be not in our community in not properly caring for us. read more

This place is what it is - it is a hospital, physical therapy, drug testing, mask testing, work specific testing, worker's compensation review, urgent care, and a doctor's office. Bottom line, you might come and be seen right away OR you might wait 3 hours to do a 3 minute drug test. Or maybe they will bring someone in out of a ambulance. Never know. Make sure you bring a fully charged phone to deal with the wait. read more

I went in for a DOT physical for work. While getting my blood pressure checked, I was speaking to the assistant. Another assistant came up behind me and put a tape measure around my neck. She never even bothered to inform me that she would be taking my measurements. She then went on to speak to another person who entered the space I was getting the reading in. She asked about sleep apnea test and the other woman said it's based solely on weight. They took me into another room where I waited 15 minutes to be seen. This women began the rest of the physical. I had on a tank and a skirt. Things seemed normal with her until she pulled my skirt downward to look at my lower back. She then had me lay in the table. She said she needed to inspect my belly button and pulled the front of my skirt down. Once she was done looking at me she said I would need a sleep apnea test done. I asked why. I have never needed one. I don't have any medical conditions , an enlarged throat or even an irregular heartbeat. She says it's solely because I'm over weight. I made it clear that the position I'm applying for is a non driving position and she kept saying I might fall asleep at the wheel. I don't have narcolepsy. Now I'm expected to pay out of pocket for a sleep apnea test and another DOT physical just because of my size. read more

Judging by the reviews, my experience wasn't just a rarety. I had a follow up appointment set by another concentra location for 11am. I got there early and still waited for a half hour for my appointment and then waited another twenty minutes in the room to be seen. If you have an appointment, you should honor that appointment with promptness. If I could have seen at least 1 smile from 1 staff member, I maybe would have given this place one more star. read more

I dropped off my boyfriend to get his psychical done after eating lunch so I was forced to come along. The girl let me use the restroom because I had to go so badly mind you, I am pregnant. When I came in she said I could not come in with my boyfriend and I thought she meant like in the back. So when I got out the restroom I sat back down she gave me attitude and told me I had to wait outside. As if I was a dog. But it was okay for the man that came in with son to wait for him. Next time she should elaborate and say I can't wait inside the building. I had to wait in the car for an hour. I get it's a rule but she didn't kick out the other person. I had an appointment for 2:00 yet wasn't seen until 3:15 after many walk-ins had been let in even though they arrived after us. Slowest service ever especially when there's not a lot of people in the waiting room. I had a follow up appointment for 9 AM, didn't get called back until 9:35 and as I'm currently writing this it's 9:55 right now and I'm still waiting for the doctor to come in. ‍ I don't see the point in making appointments here if you end up having to wait an hour+ just to be seen especially on a slow day. To me that shows bad customer service at least tell me straight up that it's going to be awhile. Only reason why I'm here is because of a work related injury other than that I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

I went here twice for the same issue. The doctors were nice and so was the staff. With the insurance I have I was told I don't need to pay for anything except for the prescription. A few months later I was billed for the visits. I called the billing number and the lady on the other end of the was rude and she ended up hanging up on me. I was not being rude I was trying to figure out why I was billed. She basically gave me general answers that did not help me. If I would have known I was going to be billed hundreds of dollars I would never had gone here. read more

If there was a no star selection they would of received one. Went there when i dropped a table on my toe. Waited 45 minutes ( as expected) in the waiting room. Then was placed in a room. 2 HOURS LATER a doctor comes and and asks who brought me in here. They close at 6 and it was 610 when he came in. I got there at 315. They then go on to say the nurse who put me in the room didnt write me on the board and they forgot about me. They rushed me threw xrays and rushed me out the door since it was closed. Went back for a follow up and the doctor told me I was lying about being in paid and returned me back to work. My toe is swollen, The skin cracked from built up blood and pressure and they did absolutely nothing to combat the pain. What a complete joke of a place. read more

Adam Kulish is beyond amazing! I went to Concentra for Physical Therapy following an ankle injury and with Adam's help, I am back to normal after two weeks. I watched Adam move around a busy clinic assisting patients with various injuries while being attentive to the individual needs of all. He is remarkable, to say the least. I also want to shout out Ms. Jennifer who always greeted me with a smile and assisted patients with exercises and such. I am very pleased with the care I received and would consider anyone who is treated by Adam to be blessed. read more

This is a horrible place to go for any care. I was the only person in the waiting room @ 2pm and let still waited over an hour to be seen. All of the staff were very chatty with each other and ignored people waiting to be seen (people showed up after 2:15). I should have left, but they take your insurance and do co-pay right away. Then we get A letter saying they will send it to collections , then again they send it to collections and we have to pay them screw that . A wait at this place is 2-3 hours . This place is run by a bunch of criminals. They will code your visit with the wrong billing code and despite charging you an exorbitant amount at the time of your visit, will follow up with EXCESS charges afterwards. The "physician" I saw told me to go to another clinic to receive the care I was requesting and then proceeded to charge me for a 45 minute consultation with a doctor. They were all rude, and obviously only interested in making a quick buck off of someone. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. read more
