Super company, personable,professional and caring about my furniture. The Items in the POD are staying on property; flexibility in placing items probably made items easier to position. There were no surprises and both Ben and Dave called the day of the move to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The crew of 4 that showed up were a pleasure to work with as well. They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. Pressing not out of the ordinary for the area and as far as I'm concerned anyone who will come and lift things helping me avoid further sciatica damage are worthy of the rate they charge. When the truck arrived, the driver was very informative and explained how to use the ramp and how to load the trailer. As promised, they notified me when my truck was ready to be delivered and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no damage due to drivers actions.
