I was craving a wrap so why not come give em a try. The parking lot has plenty of spaces as it located on the long strip mall in this part of West Covina. The location is pretty chill and quiet outside of the TV playing soccer. The staff who took my order was friendly and allowed me to try sample some smoothies. I came there for the BLT wrap with avocado. My order was served within a few minutes. The staff offered jalapeños on the side as well and constantly checked in with me. I was happy with this wrap! The freshness of the veggies and the crunch from the bacon was perfect. One specific detail I'd have to mention was the cream cheese they use in the wrap. It was around 12:30PM and a lunch line had started from the cashiers that went to the refrigerators. The line was pretty fast though and it seemed like patrons knew the gist and tables emptied out just as they finished their meals. My group ordered 4 of Tito's hot sandwiches: milanesa de res, lomo de res, and two ribeye. All large/full sizes. My group also ordered one of each of their empanades (beef, chicken and cheese) and a side order of fries. I had the lomo de res and was able to sneak a bite of each of the sandwiches. Although the sandwiches looked fairly identical, all the meats were noticeably unique. The lomo de res (filet mignon) was very tender, but I have to admit that the ribeye was my favorite from the 3. Fries breaded and a great addition to the meal. Empanadas were also very tasty. The meat was ground meat and are the doughy (rather than flakey) kind. Expect a cheese pull moment with their cheese empanada! The only quip that I have with the empanada was that they left a pretty gnarly oil stain in the bags they were packed it. I felt pretty guilty at the sight. Water is available if you ask for cups, but they also have a variety of imported drinks. As the name mentions, they have a small grocery store as well that takes up a third of their shop. Tito's market had plenty of seating when we came in. It seemed packed, but people did their due diligence, cleaned up and left after having their meal. Parking was fine although the spaces are on the smaller side (if you have a SUV or bigger.) There seemed to be plenty of parking when I visited, but there was curbside parking as well.

I had an amazing experience at Rob's Grill thanks to Alex and Maria! Their customer service was truly outstanding. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Poor quality food, for s-tier prices. Spent $50 on two burgers, some fries, zucchini, and a club sandwich. Big waste of money. The burgers were flat af, with a paper thin patty, zero flavor and a stiff/old bun. Our ten fries for $7 each were soggy and undercooked. The fried zucchini was overcooked and nothing more than a thin sliver of actual zucchini. Finally, my Wife ate a 1 of the 4 sandwiches and stopped. That speaks for itself. Go somewhere else. I step in the restaurant the interior looks the same I can remember. Then I look at the menu display they have a very good selection of burgers,sandwiches,Mexican and other items they also serve menudo on the weekend. I decided to orderca cheeseburger combo including fries and choice of fountain drink. Couple minutes later the cashier brought my meal to the table. The cheeseburger looks great and fries were crispy cook perfectly to nice crispy. I really enjoy the cheeseburger very much I need to come again to try to order a different items from their menu.

I don't know why this was my first time visiting Pepe's, there is a location in Alhambra that's been there forever and really close to where my parents live, but I never went there for whatever reason. But I'm really happy with my first visit at Pepe's. Prices are fair for what you get ($10 for the breakfast burrito) and the lady at the register was really helpful in accommodating my request for a modified burrito. I loved reading the history of the company and the owners on the wall while we waited for our food. The burritos were HUGE, hearty and tasty! The lady gave me a bunch of salsas to try and they were all good. I was totally satisfied with my meal! I didn't know until after I paid and saw my receipt that there is a credit card processing fee. FYI, pay cash if you want to avoid the fee.
