Decided to check the store out while I was on a family trip to Anaheim. The store has a huge selection of kits and really amazing service from the employees! There's a good selection of model kits, accessories, tools, and hobby supplies. The prices might be a bit higher than what you can find some of the kits for online, but the convenience of being able to physically browse through a store and not having to pay shipping fees is nice. There are also a few things sold here that might be harder to find online like older kits and hobby magazine extras. Overall, the place is awesome and I need to make a note to come back again next time I take a trip out here. read more

Been coming here for the past 3 months and every time I show up, the guys working there welcome me back like family. There are very few shops outside of Little Tokyo "Downtown LA" that specialize in Gunpla/Gundam model kits in Southern California, but this one tops the list. They have great deals on their model kits from the different Gundam Series. They also have Legos, other Bandi Kits, and do cell phone repairs. But the great customer service they give you makes you feel right at home, something a lot of places don't do anymore. The sales people really know their stuff (model building tips, gundam series, etc.) And they are very nice. I've always wanted to get into gunpla, watched some of the shows when I was younger, the reason why is said a few is that they have so many seasons and none of them really connect with eachother there all different. Do its hard to find the right seasons to get into. With that being said years later I'm 24 now in 2016 and decided to finnaly see what the gunpla hype was about. I've always wanted to build kits but never got the urge to just go and buy 1. So I decided to window shop here and met some of the employees wich were very helpful, explained size and price. The basics. After that it was up to me to figure out which one I wanted. There prices are pricey but they always have discounts even though it seems like they raise prices prior to giving discounts lol. My first purchase was a $23 HG Hyaku Shiki, wich was very simple and took me 2 to 3 hours to build. After that I immediately wanted to buy more kits. read more

One of the best Gunpla selections I have ever seen. Plenty to choose from prices for most of the more complicated models are really decently priced. A fare amount of good deals when you catch them on a 20%-25% of deals. Definitely my go to shop for Gunpla. Best store for Gundam models out here, they had a lot of ones that Frank and Son's vendors normally didn't carry, like the RX-78-2, the Zeta, Hyaku Shiki, and the Nu-Gundam. I think the prices can be a little steep, but that's what you pay for when you're in this kind of hobby. My only real complaint would be that some of the tools available might be a bit pricey for a new-comer for this kind of thing, so, fair warning. read more

They do not honor their advertisement on their website. It's seem as though they only tease customer to come to the store for other goods but not the sales. On their web page they advertised the 1/100 Graze Schwalbe (Mcgillis Type) for $26.99. When I get there to purchase the product, they charged $35.99. I brought up their website to show them the advertised price and they told me that they forgot to change the price on the website. I asked them if they could match it and they said that they will not honor their website price. Had I not check my receipt, they would have cheated me $11. Be careful with these guys. Their ads price and receipt price are night and day different. read more

Place is pretty stacked with Gunpla. It has a huge huge huge selection and I'm usually in here for at least an hour or so just figuring out what I want. It's got all the paint and paint supplies you need and such. I like it and it has nice people working there. The only downside (not really one) is that they are a bit behind on recent Gundam releases but it usually takes a month or so to ship them in but it's definitely better than most if not all other shops in this area. They also have an online shop which is nice and convenient if you ever want something that could sell out quickly. read more

This place has nothing but Gundam which is the best for those who love to build them. they have a big selection of Tamiya and Mr.color paint even Mr.Metal, not so much in the tool section when it comes to sanding or detailing gundams but still the best place to go buy gundams a big selection almost the whole stone full of gundams. you can also but Airbrush and accessory. whats at the store ? staff members, models, tools, toys, hot girls buying models, and gundam paraphernalia...ok, well there aren't any half naked girls there, but there could be right?!?!? a perfect store should have ALL of the above but one less off the list is ok too. the store stocks many of the units that a gundam junky would need to get their fix on. the store is packed with many kits and the selection is all there. understanding economics is important when you shop at a store like this. some yelpers have listed their distain for the prices, (yeah you "JINO S." im talking about you). the price can obviously be cheaper online but what people have no clue is that a brick and mortal store requires overhead costs. in return you get a place you can actually go to and touch the products as well as talk to knowledgeable staff members. if you have never owned your own business then talking like that is what will make you look like a fool! so don't be a fool and just be cool! with yesterday being my very FIRST time walking into this store and not knowing anyone or anything about modeling or prices (I was a virgin gundam'r) I was deflowered. a friendly staff member who walked me through the series of kits he had. not once did he look at his watch or rolled his eyes at me for taking so long to decide on the perfect kit I needed. finding out his name much later, which is Mr. Diego, explained all the nuances of the rich history and marketing strategy of the gundam series. after a while later we were joined buy another experienced staff member, Mr. Anthony. both gentlemen gave arise to a great debate weather which kit was superior and why. come enter a few minutes later another customer whom joined our conversation. he was welcomed with open arms to our exploits. there we were just guys enjoying a great evening of model conversations. after leaving the store I had a sense that I forgot to use their bathroom but most importantly I also enjoyed the conversation. I dropped in today and bought a HGFC Nobell Gundam. I was amazingly surprised with their selection of gundam model kits. They had ALOT! From very old kits to the newer ones. They had every kit I was looking for 0_0! Ive bought gundam model kits from many different anime stores and such before, but I have to say it was nice being able to buy it from a actual gundam model kit store. The prices on the kits were average, they weren't the cheapest or too overpriced either. Id have to say the price was fair and on the most part one of the cheaper prices I've seen for kits. They also had a wide range of paints and tools. Saki was working when I went in, he was nice and even gave me a discount. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in gundam models. Their selection is HUGE too, most stores now and days only carry majority gundam 00 kits and very few of the older ones.Its a lot more exciting to be able to walk into a store and pick up a gundam model than ordering it online. Recently, I discovered there was a gunpla store near me named Robot4less, after ordering something from them on amazon, so I thought I'd go and check them out. Oh my god, I have never in my life seen so many gundam models in one place. This place is seriously a gundam superstore, and they have great in-store prices. The two people that were there working that I met were awesome aswell, they really knew their stuff about gundam, enough that it impressed me. Alot of the stores based around anything anime and gunpla here usually aren't very knowledgeable about most of the stuff they sell, they simply import it and sell it from there. Not only that, but they were very helpful aswell, and very kind. If you're into gunpla, DEFINITELY check this store out if you're in the area, you won't regret it. read more

Great place to find and buy gunpla. They have a large amount of selections and have great service. When I asked to help find a specific model kit I was looking for they were very willing to help me out. Only problem I had was it was a little too pricey for me. The pricing is cheaper than the other hobby shops in Orange County. They carry the newest models and some old popular ones as well. They also have supplies for model kits such as sanding materials, markers, pens, paints, labels and other items you might need. Robot4Less also carries all Grade figures available just like if you were in Japan. I purchased a Gundam Freedom 1/100 Master Grade. Everything was brand new packaging, arranged from factory and had that awesome new model smell. They also carry other items, mainly Japanese Action Figures, Gashopon, chase figures, revoltech and the themes are ranging from Transformers, Gundam, Naruto, Mega Man, Evangelion, Voltron, Robotech etc. The store also contains many display figures that the owners and workers have built themselves, a showcase that gives you an idea of what you can do if you put the time and effort in.
