Some were more complex (e.g. the installation of a shower kit to convert our clawfoot tub to a shower and the construction of a storage space below our house). Some of the projects were simpler (e.g. replacing old electrical outlets, hanging artwork, replacing doorknobs, installing hooks/shelves). Osvaldo and his crew did all of our projects, large and small, with impeccable craftsmanship! The process started with an onsite walkthrough of our projects. Osvaldo gave us a detailed estimate and was communicative throughout. The day of our project work, the crew came early and ready to work. They were very careful to prep the work areas to protect our home. They worked efficiently and came back the next day to ensure everything was perfect with finishing touches. Osvaldo and team went above and beyond -- laying concrete to even out our storage space floor and adding vents. Osvaldo even sent a cleaning crew to clean our house after the project. Just a fantastic overall experience! Thank you, Osvaldo!

From demolition to final inspection it took just over two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The subcontractors they used were professional, clean, and speedy. They left the place looking good. I wouldn't hesitate to use Masterful Construction again, but I probably would work harder to make sure I have chemistry with the designer, who I never gelled with. My understanding is she isn't working with them any longer anyway. That said, the bathroom looks great in the end. Masterful Construction aren't the budget option to remodel, but the process was painless and quick, and at the end of the day, that's exactly what I need.

When we met Yuvi for the first time, he immediately understood our vision and came up with great ideas and creative ways to make it work within our space. A few days later, Yuvi came back with two detailed quotes and patiently walked us through both options. He answered all our questions and helped us choose what would work best for our home and budget. From there, everything moved smoothly. The permitting took around three weeks, and construction was finished in about two and a half months, right on schedule and with no surprises. We also want to mention Adrian, the designer, who was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us choose all the materials and finishes while staying within our budget. His eye for design and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier and enjoyable. The combination of functionality and style he brought to the project made a huge difference. Throughout the whole process, the crew was respectful, clean, and very professional. They paid attention to every little detail, and it really shows in the final result. Our new master suite looks amazing, and it feels like it has always been part of the house. We are so happy we chose Masterful Construction for this project and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

The project was completed on time and on budget, which is almost unheard of with remodeling projects. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process--they were always available to answer questions, address concerns, and keep us informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that they truly care about doing the job right. They treated our home with respect and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and manageable. If you're looking for an honest, dependable contractor who delivers exceptional results and stands behind their work, I highly recommend them. We would absolutely hire them again for future projects!

I hired Jackson and Ace to remodel our bathroom and to turn our family room closet into a laundry…read moreroom last fall. They were able to start right away (once the permits were approved by city hall) and they were very responsive to calls and texts throughout the project. Their team did a great job with both rooms and the price was reasonable. They even did a lot of extra little jobs for me for no extra cost, like replacing some of our old outlets with modern outlets with USB-C ports, and helping me fix a ceiling light. They also hauled away some of our junk after we moved in since they were already hauling away construction material. Everyone on their team were nice, polite, and professional. If you are particular about your plans I would definitely check in on their work to make sure they are doing it how you want. I had to ask them to start over when they made the grout lines on the shower thicker than I wanted. Even then, they were happy to change it to how I wanted it, but it did add some extra time to the completion date. Overall I am happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a licensed contractor for home improvement projects.

I (regretfully) did not end up moving forward with them on this project, but wanted to write a review because I was so thoroughly impressed with my interactions with Doron. Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

Not only were their prices the most competitive, but their work and people are also outstanding and courteous. I had to order most of the supplies but they guided me through it. They handled all the electrical, plumbing, new windows and a door and handled all the permitting paperwork of the process. The best part was their flexibility. They followed all my custom request to fit a cat water fountain and step-stool storage. In the middle of the construction, they actually suggested that we have space to get an 18"-dishwasher installed which is my most favorite part of the renovation. My review may be overdue, but hey, even after two years, everything still works and looks great (although not as clean and pristine like the photos because of all the cooking we actually now enjoy doing, plus two toddlers and two cats lol). So that tells something about the quality of work that they do!

At the start, Dmitriy took care of getting the permits and scheduling all inspections during the whole process. Karen, who did our remodel, is excellent and ensured everything was up to code and done the proper way. We have 2 young children so we were a little concerned about safety before we started the renovation but Karen made sure everything was carefully taped off and the space was cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. We do recommend having a good air filter running nearby though to pick up any stray dust. Since we're not designers, having input from both Dmitriy and Karen throughout the entire process was invaluable. There were many decisions to make during the renovation, and their expertise and experience made a huge difference. Additionally, Karen recommended some local suppliers, where we were able to source a number of our materials. Overall, we highly recommend Dmitriy and Karen for anyone looking to remodel.

Amazingly, our major project was completed exactly on time and essentially on budget, even though we ran into some unexpected challenges with the design (not done by Mission) that could have derailed it. The issues that came up were handled quickly and thoughtfully, and several of their suggestions genuinely improved the final design. One thing that really stood out was the team's honesty--any mistakes (inevitable/expected on a project of this size) were acknowledged immediately and addressed without hesitation, which is something other contractors sometimes struggle with. It's definitely important to stay involved, but we felt comfortable being away for long periods and trusted Dan to keep things moving smoothly. There were times when dust/debris reached areas outside the active work zone, but the crew made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned by the end. All in all, we would enthusiastically recommend Mission to anyone considering a major renovation or addition. Thank you Dan and the rest of the team!
