They've done good by us in the past, but I think it's significantly gone down hill in service. We buy used cars so we're probably their favorite customers. Anyway, I had an issue a while back where one of my items was stolen, or lost, or fell out during one of the maintenance items I was there for. Asked the front desk about it, and they looked around, but ultimately it was never found. So when I come here now, I make sure everything of value is out of my car or securely tucked away in the vehicle. Anyway, the main reason for the drop in stars is that I came here for an oil change...the oil change $54.77 special to be exact. Brought in my mailed coupon as well, only to find that they don't use it cause the oil change is already highly reduced. So that was a bummer. Again, I come here skeptical now, so I took pictures of my wiper fluid and coolant levels before leaving the car with them, since they're supposed to fill the tanks and both were low. 35 or so minutes later the car was ready and I popped the hood before leaving. No fluid had been added so I went back inside and told him. I added in now that I was worried what else had been missed and that I needed to make sure the tires had also been rotated. He said oh yes we'll make sure. He comes back a few minutes later and says they've been topped off and goes, "the wiper fluid wasn't much, maybe 8oz". I'm sorry, but when your website says you top off these fluids, I expect it to be done. 1 ounce or 8 ounces. Then he said that they don't do tire rotations unless we ask. "It's free, but you have to request it." Even though it's stated in the oil change special....... Needless to say, I left very frustrated.

They did respond quick and orderly, but was supposed to have a job done today but fell asleep as…read morethey didn't show up until the end of the service window. The window was from 3-5, I should have had it earlier if they were going to show up at the end of that window. As I was waiting for the call from the technician but didn't get a call from him, but instead from another number that was not on my contacts list. I did ask for an eta but, didn't get one. Then had another tech come out the following week. The window was still the same 3-5, didn't show up until 7pm. They didn't finish until 9am the next day. It took 17 hrs and the timing belt wasn't even done and I missed work. Then the next day after starting the car the belts that squealing so unbearably loud. It would then stop once it warmed up, but there was still a ticking that could be heard. Then I asked the tech that installed it to see if he could fix the squealing, and he said he could, met up the following week as I was busy, and he 'fixed' the problem. Immediately after I left him it started squealing again, but even louder. The following week after that I had another mobile mechanic install a new radiator and belts to fix the problem, and he stated that all the belts were loose and there are missing bolts. After that mechanic installed the belts and radiator everything is back to normal and everything is tightened as need be. I would not recommend hiring from this company as they are just a middle man and sending work to other mobile mechanics. The pricing was too good to be true and in the end had to spend more money to get things back in working order

James said to me that the property owner will tow any vehicle that is on the lot too long. He told the police that HE was the one that called to have the car removed, but has refused to provide contact information for any towing company. There are no signs posted on the garage itself nor on the lot or the property. They never gave me an estimate on repairing the engine which is the reason it was on the lot to begin with.
