The facility is clean and the staff friendly, but I have never seen by a doctor here, the nurse practioners know nothing and getting an appointment ( only by phone and they make you wait as long as 30 minutes!) is hard. It is also unfortunate that be what it may, it is the doctor's responsibility to manage that staff and ensure each patient has a respectful, caring experience. Ron Yamane's staff answer the phone whenever they feel like it (they absolutely do not adhere to stated hours), and are condescending and disrespectful to patients. We've moved on (after several decades) to find a doctor who actually believes in a "patient-first" model, one to whom we can confide and trust. This is a shame: it's not often you see 3.3-star ratings for doctors, but in this case, it is deserved. No ill-will toward Dr. Yamane, I'm sure you can turn this around, but your legacy in Gardena has been severely tarnished by your management approach.
