Even when she is away or on vacation, she ensures continuity of care, and we never feel that my father's health needs are left unattended. Well, my appointment was at 8:30am. I literally heard him walking into the exam room next to me at 8:35am. It's now 8:55am and I have not been seen. The paper gown isn't exactly very warm either. I ignored the 25 minute wait last year. He is a very good doctor, but my time is of value. Now I'm rethinking my options moving forward.

Nothing is organized. He sent a NEW patient who had an appointment away because "he only sees two new patients a day" after the patient took the time to complete all the paperwork and had been waiting almost an hour. I went to this office in May 2022 for the first time. The receptionist was nice (I guess the rude one is gone now), no problem. The nurse seemed very busy but efficiently working and she explained me the procedures well. Dr. Suzuki was professional, but with warm personality. She took time to listen to me and gave me some advice. I went there for the yearly check up this time. I could see the result on the patient portal online after a couple of days. So you don't need to make another appointment to hear the result from doctor. (If you have issues in the result, they will call you.) I'm glad I chose Dr. Suzuki for my primary care doctor. Japanese is my first language, so I feel easy and relieved being seen by a Japanese doctor too.

She listens to what's ailing you, then asks questions to make sure she completely understands your ailment. Once she fully understands, she thoroughly describes her recommended care and procedure. Another thing about Dr. O'Bryan is that she makes you feel like you're her only patient. I never feel rushed during my routine check ups, which is very comforting feeling.
