I went to this office in May 2022 for the first time. The receptionist was nice (I guess the rude one is gone now), no problem. The nurse seemed very busy but efficiently working and she explained me the procedures well. Dr. Suzuki was professional, but with warm personality. She took time to listen to me and gave me some advice. I went there for the yearly check up this time. I could see the result on the patient portal online after a couple of days. So you don't need to make another appointment to hear the result from doctor. (If you have issues in the result, they will call you.) I'm glad I chose Dr. Suzuki for my primary care doctor. Japanese is my first language, so I feel easy and relieved being seen by a Japanese doctor too.

I had a terrible fall and was worried I might have a fracture, so I needed an urgent care that had X-ray on site. They were able to take me in last minute, quickly confirm the fracture, splint and stabilize my injury, and even help refer me to an orthopedist. I truly had a great experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff, Melissa, was so patient and kind while helping me get checked in while I was in a lot of pain. Morgan, the PA, assessed me quickly and efficiently and had such a caring bedside manner. Jason, the X-ray tech, was incredibly gentle while positioning me with my injury and was both patient and very skilled when splinting. The teamwork here was outstanding, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time.
