Petty things, such as forbidding the movement to another table out of the sun, when there were many other tables available. I left early after being chastised for loving a chair but the family decided to stay. They shared that the crappy service continues the entire time they stayed. Those that are reported that the food was fair at best. Not sure that this sorry excuse for service is a great business model. Perhaps it is saved especially for large groups.
