The gate weighs at least 500 pounds and we have to get out and unlock a cheap combo lock and then slide the gate, which is extremely hard because of the weight. I also pay a premium for electricity so I can maintain my batteries on my boat and this is the second time the electricity hasn't worked and this time it's been weeks without resolution. I call and leave messages and no one returns the calls, ever!!! This company sucks and they won't talk to their customers. If you ever do talk to someone it is a person somewhere in Asia with no idea what is going on. And they won't give you information about how to talk with the owners. This company sucks!!!

Also problems paying the bill. When you try to do it over the phone, after you enter all information it says processing, processing, hangs up on you, and does not process your payment. The ever so helpful call center tells you there's a problem with your card and your bank. There's not...I called them. Not sure what time they actually close, but hopefully it's before you get off work if you need anything. The call center people are rude and useless.

I asked the employee who helped us, how often should we expect increase and how much. He told me once a year and that's is usually around 10%. For the last five months we have been paying our lease agreement and just got notice of the 250% increase. That's outrageous!
