I have had 2 units with them for years. When Cubesmart took over last year they raised one units rate (both are same size and were same price) Now, the "NEW" owners/managers have taken over. Their website shows a move in special(free month) then a monthly rate listed. Their website shows "new" monthly rate is well under my normal rate. Monthly rate listed on website DOES NOT say it is "introductory" I called (got a call center), asked what their rates were for my size unit and was told then I asked for my rates to be dropped to their rates. Needless to say we went round and round with excuses being made up here and there so I'll be vacating this facility soon. When I told them this they tried to make up a few conditions required but I reminded them those are not in my new signed lease...she was quick to keep bringing up the new lease. Anyway, loved this place when it was Premium, tolerated CubeSmart and now completely dislike Sherman Self Storage! Plus, they let the place get trashy looking! Security probably won't be top notch either since the facility is unmanned and, from previous knowledge, didn't have the best quality cameras.

Then caught their employee trespassing onto my property and urinating in my front yard. Contacted them and their initial response was to put a note on my account for their employees not to do that. After back and forth with the "owner", it was obvious she wasn't taking the issue seriously and stated at least he went behind a tree. It would seem they don't provide appropriate working conditions for their employees that they would then try and make me feel I'm the bad guy for not being okay with them turning my front yard into an employee toilet.

He was back there very next day to walk us through the claims process and got us booked into an Airbnb (since I was unaware our insurance company even paid for that). He is extremely knowledgeable with the workings of insurance companies and he made sure they paid for everything they should have. We are extremely happy with his work! He was very kind through the whole process and made what I thought was an absolute disaster a lot easier to deal with.
