If there ever is any problem Randy is all over it. What I also like is that they handle all the money is handled online so no worrying about money orders, or checks in the mail and calling to see if they have arrived. I can pay automatically and keep track of what payment I did. They even email and text payment receipts. Also with the key pad access code to the gate it is essentially 24/7. They don't recommend working in the dark, but they have motion lights and cameras. So basically its worry free storage without anyone fussing over you when you don't need it. I asked for extra care for my grandmother's dressers, and they did not even put anything on top of it, leading to scratches and gouges all over the top. The moving company that unloaded the truck at our destination said they could not believe how poorly it was loaded. I very much regret hiring A Sharp Movers.
