Posted signage states they close at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:00 to a locked door. waited for someone to show up until 5:45 as, someone from a call center told me they were probably checking locks and would call when finished. Also problems paying the bill. When you try to do it over the phone, after you enter all information it says processing, processing, hangs up on you, and does not process your payment. The ever so helpful call center tells you there's a problem with your card and your bank. There's not...I called them. Not sure what time they actually close, but hopefully it's before you get off work if you need anything. The call center people are rude and useless. read more

Just received a letter that my storage rate went up 250%! We signed up for a storage unit back in May online. There was nothing that mentioned that the rate we got was a special limited time rate, even when we came by the facility we were told nothing about a limited rate. I asked the employee who helped us, how often should we expect increase and how much. He told me once a year and that's is usually around 10%. For the last five months we have been paying our lease agreement and just got notice of the 250% increase. That's outrageous! read more

WATCH WHAT YOU SIGN, THEY DON'T HONOR WHAT EMPLOYEES SELL YOU AND RAISE YOUR RENT WITHOIT NOTICE!! I rented 2 units Aug 1st & 2nd, I was told the special rate was for THREE months! Thru October he said specifically! They had me signing on an electronic pad, so of course I could NOT see what I was signing and trusted the nice employee! When we finished all the "paperwork signing" he told me that he could not give me any copies because "the printer was not working". Long story short, they tried to raise my rent on Sept 1st for BOTH units, but honored the SPECIAL(after a week of arguing with Corp!) THEN on Oct 3rd, WHEN i went to pay, they had raised the price of my Aug 1st unit $130 extra dollars, saying it wasn't on special anymore!! The nice lady at the desk told me that she couldn't help me with the discrepancy but that I needed to pay the overcharged amount by the 6th or they would lock me out! It was on Thursday the 3rd and I had to work the next 3 days out of town!! I didn't have time to move out so was forced to pay!! I called corporate and spoke to Ruben, he had his mind up not to cooperate with me on any level BEFORE I even explained! He said they had a contract that I signed saying it was for 2 FULL months, and WOULD be raised on the 3rd mth. Period!! Note: it actyally says "MAY BE RAISED AFTER 2 MONTHS". IT CLEARLY DID NOT SAY FULL MONTHS, OR WILL BE, as Ruben so strongly quoted! Besides that, I never even got to SEE this contract they said I signed or I would have questioned it when I read it (**remember that the printer was conveniently out of order when I signed) He also said "The unit rented on the 1st is no longer on special, but the exact same unit size that I added on Aug 2nd WAS still on Special thru October....whaaat??? That makes no sense, they were both rented in Aug within 16 hrs of each other, BUT Ruben would argue his decision to the end! I will have my things out of there asap and never use another unit owned by this company again. That is misrepresentation, and fraudulent in my opinion and not honest, ethical business! read more

We didn't get storage here. Too expensive. We did rent a 10' Uhaul, which was a good priceUNTIL WE GOT the bill for tolls!!!! They charged us 21.00 for 3 tolls, which included " processing fees for them...EVEN THOUGH the bill was consolidated into one amount. Stupid! BTW, we were NOT told about this fee ahead of time either... RIP OFF. read more
