The staff were incredible and caring. Dr. Roberts handled my tooth pain issue immediately and with great care. I am so grateful they had a cancellation. I suffered tooth pain the past few days due to a tooth extraction from my hometown dentist (I was visiting Arizona from Washington.) I would return to this dentist anytime I have a need again. First and foremost, I want to say the staff were very nice and caring. Now I would like to talk about the dentist who surprised me with his uncaring sloppiness. I went to this dentist due to the fact my All on 4 were split in the middle but still intact. I had an x-ray taken which showed the implant had split around one of the studs. The dentist manually inspected the implant my manually using his fingers to move it around. He managed to separate the implant and now half of it was swinging around. He had the technician come and see and it was decided that a new implant was needed. I couldn't afford that so I asked if he could put the temp implant in for now. The dentist told me he wasn't sure it would fit so I asked him to put the implant back together. He manually tried with his fingers and said he couldn't do it. At this time, I was thinking this wasn't a real dentist because he let me walk out with my implant swinging around in my mouth! I left to my care but it uncomfortable and hard to talk now so I went back in and asked the technician if he could do it instead. The dentist then once again manually tried with his fingers but again said he couldn't do it. This time I had enough and left while the dentist told me to have a good day with my implant hanging out. P.S. I fixed it myself but the implant is much looser now. read more

Never had an issue here until I did. My last few appointments were set towards the end of the day. My hygienist rushed through my deep cleaning & when I say rushed, Its an understatement. She didn't allow my numbing anesthetic to sit long enough or simply just didn't give me enough. Idk but she clearly has somewhere to be on two different occasions. An entire week passed & my mouth hurt like hell from a cleaning. i had Knicks & abrasions on my gums! I'm not sure if the color of my skin indicates less than, but i was treated leas than! Thank goodness for the new office I found. The work and treatment I'm getting is the work and treatment I should've received to begin with. (5/6 months ago) my money & time are just as valuable as anyone else's. front desk staff is great. my hygienist was awful! read more

I came here on recommendation from a friend (who got some free movie passes for the referral) first for cleanings. I have been seeing hygienist Rachel for the past 2 years and she is so sweet, gentle and quick! You get free teeth cleaning trays and gel with your cleanings. Most impressive about this office is the technology Dr. Roberts has invested in his practice. I needed a crown and they make them right in the office that same day! I don't have dental insurance, but Dr. Roberts prices are VERY reasonable and the staff are super accommodating. You can tell the employees are treated well as they are always in great moods. I'll preface this review by saying I'm a rabid anti-dentite when it concerns my own teeth, but I still take my son for regular check-ups and cleanings. I thought my son broke his canine tooth this afternoon but his regular dentist was closed for the day. After a quick Google search, I found this office that was reasonably close to home and open until 6pm. I called and explained the situation, and they were very accomodating. I'm very thankful for the care and attention they showed my son. They were efficient but also very thorough, and they didn't try to sell us anything he didn't need. I will definitely recommend this office and keep them in mind for future dental needs. read more

Dr Roberts has been our Dentist since moving from NY 6 years ago. He is extremely gentle and always reassures you and will ask if your comfortably during your treatment. I've had a lot of extensive dental work done and I've always been confident in his skills, and the end results. Every time I've had a issue and needed to be seen, they are quick to find a opening for me. My husband doesn't like going to the Dentist, but he agrees that Dr. Roberts has been the best Dentist we've ever had. Their office staff is so friendly. April is always helpful with my questions about my Insurance. And everyone that assists Dr. Roberts are just as nice as him. If you have a phobia of going to the dentist, this is the best place for you to conquer your fears. I'm not real fond of going to the dentist but my mother told me this place was really good and gentle on your teeth. Walking in, I was greeted by two very friendly staff members sitting at the front desk. After that, I was taken back by a hygienist named Casey. I told her that I was a little nervous and she was very patient throughout the entire process. She told me everything that was going to happen and frequently checked if I was doing alright. After my cleaning, I met Dr. Roberts who was also very friendly and approachable. I'm very satisfied with my appointment and even scheduled another cleaning in six months. I starting seeing Dr. Roberts of Roberts Dentistry last year by pure happenstance (drive by siting) and I couldn't be happier. He's personable, professional and a true perfectionist. For example, I elected to try the Simpli5 trays used for minor to moderate teeth crowding/correction. Once complete, he offered a free refinement on a few of my teeth that still bothered me. The outcome is fabulous: my teeth look awesome! My teeth cleanings have also been great; the hygienists are gentle yet effective. TEN STARS THROUGH & THROUGH! For some teeth I waited 20 years to fix my veneers that other dentists put on and after several unpleasant consultations I kept just putting it off. After finding out that several coworkers went to Robert's Dentistry and loved it I finally jumped in and made a consultation. From the get go, the front office staff and dental assistants were incredible! So kind and prompt, over the phone and in person. Dr. Robert's was a listening ear and he made all anxiety and apprehension disappear from consultation on! The way the assistants and Mr. Robert's navigated from patient to patient was absolutely seamless, stunning really! I honestly never was waiting to be called back or in the chair alone for more than a minute or two. The temps looked shockingly good and were very secure! Dr. Robert's took great care in administering the numbing medicine, no pain either visit! The office knew who I was and what appt I was on, greeting me with "It's the big day!" when I walked in for my permanents. Dr. Robert's spent quality time and effort making sure they fit perfectly and I knew they were going on perfect and secure with the tight grip and pressure he used while cementing them! I was still a little numb when I left and he told me that if I noticed anything to call and they'd look at them, they welcomed me back so kindly! My teeth are beyond what I expected! The color, the shape of each tooth, the angle they sit, and how they fit my bottom teeth like a puzzle piece! I feel like I rambled...maybe talked too much but myyyy gooodddnnnessss choosing Robert's Dentistry was the best choice, very much worth the long delay in my choosing to finally fix them!
