I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.
