I was told there was a $79 fee to come out and assess our project. The electrician arrived and said the fritzy light just needs to be on a switch instead of a dimmer switch-but did not switch out the plate. The other room didn't need to match, so no work there. Marcin was quick to respond and set up a time to swing by for a free estimate. What stood out for us was his ability to clearly listen to what we were looking for while providing his insights. He aligned with our desire to avoid drywall patching or repair, talking through his approach. The day of the install he realized that there was a floor joist in the way of drilling to the basement so he went out and bought a flexible drill bit to return to do the job. He also spray painted the exposed conduit in the basement black to match the rest of the ceiling, even coming back the next day when he ran out of paint.
