That analysis had revealed considerable buildup in our line for its entire length. Technicians Alan and Tommy did an outstanding job. They arrived promptly as scheduled, descaled the entire line from the cleanout to the village connection at the street, and cleaned up completely. The job was performed within the 2 hour estimate at a quite reasonable cost considering the age of the pipes (43 years) and their condition. I strongly recommend this plumbing service. Where to start... we had been having major issues with our main drain backing up into our laundry…read moreroom. After many attempts to avoid any major repairs, we had given in. We had received a quote from another company that was extremely high, so, we decided to get a second quote from EGV Sewer. The staff is very nice, they had Armando come out the same day and provide a quote. When I tell it was significantly less, it was!!! EGV Sewer was even doing more work i.e. replacing the concrete sidewalk. Anyway, we had an issue last weekend as we were waiting for the work to be done. EGV Sewer again came out and quickly fixed our issue to give us piece of mind until the work was done. They came out on 7/8/26 and did the repair, we did have an surprise where we needed more work done; however, it was still overall 2k less than the other company. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great pricing, customer service, and quality work. Thank you Armando and team for fixing our issue. Also, shout out to Katie in the office, so pleasant, and always getting back to me promptly! I am certainly glad this is over but if we ever have any other plumbing issues, EGV Sewer will be my first call.

Not a man of his word…read more I think he (Jeff) has some issues w/ technology, or attention to detail/follow up... Initially the comms were great, then he disappeared. After some nagging texts (no phone calls/does not answer - just texts) he finally came out to do the job. He came out to do the job, and did a fine job, though very expensive. When I paid Jeff, and asked him for a receipt he looked at me like I was crazy. Not sure what the issue was here but when a service is provided, its customary to provide a receipt. And like I said; he was very expensive so I was interested in the cost-break down. He (JSR-Jeff) said he'd email me when he got home (the receipt). That day nothing, next day nothing. I texted him again to remind, said he'd do it... a couple more days go by and nothing. Quality of work was good. Quality of customer service = dismal. So I would actually not recommend.
