I am really grateful for this agency especially John Miller and Ms. Rosa. They are the one who opened the doors for me to go back to banking. It was just a simple phone call from John and everything went pretty quick. They're very precise and accurate to all information and details they'll give and offer you. I can really say they're very good on taking care of their hires as Ms. Rosa didn't let me go alone on my first day. She accompany me and I felt that she made sure that I'll be okay on my 1st day. I can't say anything more but I am just so thankful they have found me and brought me back to banking. I never ever had any problems with them too (hours, payroll,.) Everything is just so smooth working with them. I'm hoping their whole team from this agency will be able to read this because I really want them to know how thankful I am on bringing me back to banking industry. Thank you!!! read more

A complete and utter WASTE OF TIME! They work on some sort of recruitment quota. They are very interested to sign you up yet do not follow up with you whatsoever. I wouldn't wish Office Team on my worst enemy. read more

First off, these guys deserve a -5 five star. Horrible experience. NOTE: This was my experience with two individuals. I understand others may have had great experiences and that is fantastic. I just happen to get the short end of the stick this time around. One fine Tuesday morning, I am sitting at home and I receive a phone call from one Selene Mora of Office Team. She states that she has a couple of jobs I would be interested in, we talked and I was interested. She then sends me an email, and I send her my resume in an email. The next day, Wednesday, I receive a few calls from her setting up two interviews the following day, Thursday. The first is a phone interview in the morning and the second is an in person interview in the afternoon. In my phone interview, I was asked to tell of a time that I negotiated. I was puzzled as I have never done this. Then they asked me if I was still employed at my most recent job, and I said no. They said that on my resume that I still worked there. This is where I got a hint that my resume had been altered. So I go to my next interview and since it is in person, the interviewer usually has the resume in front of them. I glanced over at it and saw that it had been drastically altered. Later that evening I send an email to Selene asking to see the resume she sent to the two companies. I received it the next morning and I was livid. Without my permission, she added stuff that I never did on my resume and took a few things off. She lied to the employers about who I was. Even though she tried to make me look good, she did so by flat out lying and that is unethical. I confronted her and she tried to justify her actions. I told her she was lying and that she was wrong to do this. I then spoke to Juliana Bravo and explained the situation. She was understanding and stated that she will make sure that it will never happen again. I told her that I wanted my real resume sent to the employers and explain the problem. She said to send her my resume and I did. I have never heard back from them. Not even a check-up or status update on my interviews. Not even a call to tell me I didn't get the jobs. Nothing. This was about a month ago. Recruiters: do not lie. That is just wrong and dumb. Be honest and work with your candidates to make their resume better but don't lie. Job seekers: when dealing with a staffing agency, just to be safe, ask to see the resume they send out. And when you go into the interview, ask to see the resume they received to make sure you are being portrayed in the right light. Just avoid this location and people. Especially Selene. I hope she learns her lesson and grows but for the time being I would not deal with her. read more

Bad communication. Selene Mora sends me a generic email to send her my updated resume because its been a while since last communication- though she's never found me a job before. I send it right away and she never responds back. Been 3 days now and still no response. I don't want to work with recruiters or managers who can't even bother to respond back. Please take me off your email contact list and delete my resume out of your system. I don't want to work with your company. read more

I had a great experience & I am so happy I was apart of the Robert half team! They're Very professional & nice - Ruben Alvarez and Juliana Bravo were so helpful through the entire process. I was interviewed by Ruben - minutes later he called to let me know he had a job for me the next day! For every assignment, they gave me a small review on the company I was going to be working for. They also made sure the commute was within 5-10 miles away from where I lived as I requested. They also followed up w/ me after every assignment! Each job I finished they found a new one for me right away - & that's what i liked about them they were very dedicated & quick! Last week I finally converted to permanent :) Thank you Robert half they're a great support system I highly recommend working w/ RH to everyone!! read more

Best Experience Ever!! I can't thank Accountemps enough for such great opportunity they have given me. I initially started off with a 2 month assignment and then at the end of it I was offered a full time. Rosa was the recruiting co-ordinator for me at my Union City opportunity. Some of you might feel like your being paid less, but if you feel even if your paid less & your experience matters, I think this is the place. I would like to say a THANK YOU!!! to Rosa and Jon for being such great coordinators. Wishing the team best of luck. read more

This is my go-to Robert Half office as the customer service is superb and the jobs match my skills. I'm a member of OfficeTeam and I'm impressed each time I get a temp assignment and complete it with a smile on my face. read more

I highly recommend this agency, actually I wouldn't call Office Team an agency- they are more of a God -Send!! I sent them my resume and the next day I received a call from Ruben who quickly set up an interview for that same day! The woman that greeted me was very nice, knowledgeable and quick to getting me all set up for my interview. I interviewed with Juliana, who was very warm, kind and professional. I felt very comfortable with her- She is very good at what she does! They were able to send me to a potential employer that very same day, right after my interview in fact. I've never used a temp agency before, after hearing about other agencies that weren't up to par and very unprofessional... but I'm glad I gave Office Team a try. Utilize this company, you won't regret it! ;) Thank you Office Team!! read more

When I started to search for work late 2013, I wasn't having any success. I literally signed up on a Tuesday night, Wednesday night Juliana called me, scheduled to bring me in, and I met with Justine on Thursday afternoon. I was scheduled to meet with one of their clients that following week. I was at the right place at the right time. That being said, they have great customer service and communication skills. Juliana and Justine are very patient and thoroughly attentive. I worked for an Officeteam in SF years ago and converted. So I decided to go back with them again in Fremont, and now I'm placed. It was quick, again, right place, right time. . Juliana and Justine are great! read more

Office team found me in March 2010 about a job I applied for online at the time. My first assignment was a week long at a corporate office who still currently asks for me when they need a temp to cover the reception area. I registered at the Santa Clara branch but somehow it's always this branch that seems to give me the most assignments. I have gone through a lot of staffing coordinators but they were all so helpful and knew who I was because of how many assignments they have put me on. In fact, I called Juliana yesterday and told her I was ready to work again next week and she called me back within an hour to tell me about an assignment for next week. I just had my interview today and got the assignment on the spot. I utilize office team to help me prepare for interviews and it actually does help! I'm also signed up for other staffing agencies but office team has been the only one that keeps in touch with me even if I don't call them weekly to see if I am available to work. It's hard to find a job these days and office team helps so much with finding jobs even if it's just a temp position because it helps build experience that can be put on the resume. Although I have not found a stable job at the moment, I actually get considered more when I do apply because of office team's help!! read more

I just want to take a moment and comment on how helpful Accountemps is with placing people on jobs. They really try to get you in the door and you have to prove for the client to bring you on full time. My recruiters John & Rosa from the Fremont, CA. Branch did just that for me! They have gotten me into a company which I really enjoy working at and love what I do! Thank You So Much John & Rosa for never giving up on me. read more

I definitely give Chris Nguyen and his partner Meryl five stars for their determination, professionalism and tenacity to get results. Chris works diligently to present the best aspects of an employee to not only his client base, but shares their abilities with everyone at Robert Half. Teamwork and shared accomplishments make them a true asset to anyone who has the good fortune to meet the both of them. Thanks Chris and Meryl!!! read more

Office Team in Fremont has a really fantastic and dedicated staff. The office staff, those who first assist you when you arrive there are really helpful- I have called them multiple times and asked questions and they always had an answer. I have worked with both Juliana and Ruben and both of them have awesome attitudes. They are both really effective too. I had two interviews lined up within a week of signing up. I was offered a position to start the following week and since it was a Friday, their HR staff expedited the preliminary screening paperwork so I could submit it before close of business day. I highly recommend Office Team and am extremely grateful to everyone who works there. read more

Got me a job at a competitive company, i'm thankful that I choose them to help me.

I was looking for a suitable position for months with no luck. Then, I get a call on a Friday afternoon after months of searching and they said this was what I was looking for and shouldn't pass it up. I followed their advice and accepted it. I'm so glad I did, as the 4 week assignment turned into 5 months and then the company offered me a full time role and it has been great! The Fremont Robert Half/Office Team have experience in getting you not just any position, but the right one. A big thanks to Juliana and her superb team for giving me the opportunity! read more

I have to say that they are the worst agency i have ever worked with. It is better just looking on your own. They were no help with finding a job and they never did follow up. It is sad when an employment agency just doesn't want to help you look. I would give them a Zero if i could. read more

I don't have the words to justify how completely personable and how this team go to bat for their candidates to land a "forever career". Thank you for believing in me! read more

Robert Half staff are very helpful and understanding. They worked with me every step of the way.

They can be a little tricky to talk with but don't lose your hope! They are definitely a great team and will keep you in mind if they have any opportunity that matches yours and the company's criteria. They found me a job in 2 weeks! Thank you for everything OfficeTeam :) read more

They were really awesome! Ciera got me an interview quick and Austin got me a job working for the best places! I enjoyed working for them temporarily until I found a full time job. They're always looking for good help so I referred a friend over there and she got a job too... She also really likes it there! I will keep them in mind next time I'm out of work! read more

Yes, recruiters take a huge cut but you have to remember that they are a business. Anyways, here's my story. As an overeducated, under-experienced Finance expert, I started with Accountemps in Fremont in November. It took them a while to find places that were a good "fit" for all of us. However, once they finally gave me a chance it was all uphill. I came into my near minimum wage job, put in more hours than excpected, made my bosses look good, and completed my assignment. What happened from there finally got my career going in the right direction. If you scratch Edris and Stacy's back, they will scratch yours. They referred me to another affiliate of RH who immediately had 3 job offers for me. I took the toughest one and now I'm making more than I ever expected as a graduate in a terrible economy....all started with $9 an hour. Most recruiters are a pain to deal with but if you trust they system and put in work, it'll pay off with Fremont Accountemps. Thanks guys! read more

Top Notch Agency! Very professional staff members! Very satisfied with their service and professionalism. Being unemployed isn't easy, but talking to the staff made me feel at ease. The Division Director, Juliana Bravo took so much of her time interviewing and answering my questions, very good at what she does. She seems to care and passionate about helping people! I left the office feeling really good! read more

What a crock of poop these people are.....Wasted my time with Marwan and its impossible to get a call back even not that he's no longer the recruiter for this office read more

I was referred to Office Team by a very good friend, Chris, that actually works for the company. I emailed my resume to him and after reviewing it, he gave me a call and from a professionals point of view he gave me a few pointers, which I think was great that he did that. I've worked with another staffing agency before and they did not give me any pointers on my resume. Anyways, after a few adjustments on my resume, Chris then informed me that he will be sending my resume to one of the recruiters, Justine and she will be taking care of me. After Justine received my resume, she gave me a call and schedule me to come in and speak with her the next day. At first, I was nervous about the pre-interview with Justine but after meeting with her, she made the nervousness go away. Justine is a great recruiter and works fast. About 2 weeks after meeting with Justine she had a position lined up for me but I had to sadly decline it. The following week, Justine contacted me with another position that another recruiter was working with. So Justine linked me with Juliana. The same day, Juliana contacted me with the position and all the info for the job. She set up an interview with the company and I interviewed the next day. I let Juliana know that the interview went well and she said she would call me to let me know the outcome of it. I am proud to say, I got the job!! Office Team is an excellent agency and the team that I worked with, Chris, Justine and Juliana, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! They are great to work with and fast in finding a position for you. Not only does Office Team help find you a job, they also have many benefits working with them that no other agencies (that I know of) offer. I am so excited to start my new job!!! Thank You again Chris, Justine and Juliana!!! If you are looking for a job and having a hard time finding one because we all know now a days it is hard to find one, OfficeTeam Fremont is THE PLACE!!! read more

Excellent agency! I definitely recommend OfficeTeam. When I applied they called me right away and found me a temp job. The recruiters look at your résumé and match a position that is right for you. A couple of months later, the temp position turned into full time. Big thanks to OfficeTeam for helping me find my new job. read more

I have to agree with some of the other comments. This Fremont location is a joke. They don't return calls. They have ALL of these listings for jobs but never placed me any where. Juliana B. I've been getting frustrated with my job search after not hearing anything back for a while, but one day I got an email from Fremont Accountemps to set up an interview for the following Monday. Not having much, if any, experience in the field I've been looking for, I didn't really expect to hear anything about a possible assignment for a while. However, to help with that, I was set up with some assessments that would be used to help them find me an assignment. Literally minutes after finishing one of the assessments, I got a call from them saying that they found an assignment for me! The process was so fast that I barely even had any time to react to what was happening. Shout out to John, Janet, and Juliana for getting me an assignment so quickly, and for being really friendly and helpful throughout the process! read more

This place is great!!! They found me a job within 1 day of applying, and the pay was awesome. That was just the first job. The second assignment in which I am currently working is great too! I was very pleased working with Accountemps Fremont. I worked with Staffing Manager, Meryl Rebalde. She is AWESOME! The company did select me to be a temp after interviews concluded. I have experienced the worst staff at the Nashua,NH office( Keith and Tara). They act like millennia's and hang up the phone on you, because they cannot handle the conversation getting a little heated when someone disagrees with them. Very unprofessional behavior from individuals who need us to make there jobs work. Obviously not people persons. Someone needs a timeout room or a job change? I would never recommend this office for any assistance in finding a good job, they are not capable and have not matured enough to even get past a phone conversation. read more
