My experience with ultimate staffing services was phenomenal because of recruiter Negin Afarinesh! They were able to answer all my phone calls and text messages throughout the day no matter what time it was, and really put their best foot forward and taking care of me as a client. Negin made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and did their very best to find the right job fit for my personality. Even though I ended up taking a different job, I will most definitely keep Negin as a future contact and will refer her to everybody I know who wants to look for a job. 10/10 recommend Negin and in my personal opinion I think she is a phenomenal person and worker! Keep up the great work(: read more

Revised review: I'm sorry but I'm not satisfied. I applied for a marketing position with Ultimate and the position didn't live up to its promise. After I got to the staffing office they said to me that they don't have such a position. Excuse me, I expect you to be professional and not lie to me about a position that doesn't exist. To make matters worse I don't like the person who was helping me find a job. He did nothing to offer me a full pay marketing position. I have some communication problems and he doesn't seem to show any respect towards it. That person doesn't even know the pain of me finding a job in my major. Listen up, if you want to post the job on LinkedIn it has to be genuine. I have no time to take annoying assessments, I'm fed up. A good waste of time and gas. Don't come here at all read more

I would like to say they are the most racist people I ever met. Isabella and Andrea lied to be about a position and said it was filled and aAndrea asked me why my birth certificate did not have a seal. I an East Indian and Andrea asked me when I came to America. I will say they are being reported. read more

Ultimate Staffing has really opened the door for new opportunities for me. The staff is very passionate about what they do. Ruperto Cuesta is very professional and is very good about showing that he cares about you. I also appreciate how transparent they are about the job process. I reached out over a month ago and spoke with Peter and AJ. Peter took lead on my application and said he would help me find a new job. I sent him my resume and it had been six weeks and I have not had an interview or received feedback on my resume. I have to reach out first to hear anything. I am feeling extremely frustrated as I was looking forward to working with this company. read more

My wife just recently graduated from college and was looking for a job when my mother-in-law recommended meeting with Ruperto Cuesta at Ultimate Staffing Services. I was skeptical at first because of my previous experiences with other staffing agencies who would give me the check off the block treatment. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. My wife and I stopped by at their Civic Center office without appointment where we were gladly received by Ruperto. She got interviewed on the spot and was assigned a job that really catered to her skills and interests in two weeks! We were so impressed with his professionalism and sincerity which is why we recommend those who are job-hunting to try Ultimate Staffing Services. read more

I would like to review the person who helped me out with landing my new role with a new company. Her name is NATALIE AGUILAR, what i really appreciate is her following up with me about every position that came in. It's not an easy task looking for a job for someone else but she made it happen for me! Very professional and down earth personality (i liked it), it just made it easier to work with her even more. I've never worked with a staffing company before, until she reached out to me. She really understood the kind of role i was looking for and my personality that would fit into that role. She was dedicated in my eyes and wanted to help me out. If you are looking to work with a staffing company, go to Natalie Aguilar with Ultimate Staffing Services and let her know exactly what you are looking for. She'll do her very best to help you out!!! THANKS A BUNCH NATALIE, i really appreciate everything you've done for me and currently doing now! Based on my experience with Ultimate Staffing Services, i give them a 5 stars with Natalie Aguilar. They proven to me that bad reviews don't mean anything. I've heard stories and read stories about staffing companies, I am glad I am not one of those people who follow others based on what they say. Companies who work with staffing agencies, they are looking for individuals who can fit into their work culture. If people understood what Ultimate Staffing Services is about, they would appreciate what they do. They are to help you get your feet in the door for an opportunity, get interviews and rest will be up to you. So if the company doesn't hire you, it is not the staffing agency's fault. It is the individual who misrepresented themselves! Just for those who is on the fence about working with a staffing company, try it out first before making any kind of judgement. read more

I've been working for Roth - Ultimate Staffing for 2 years straight at the same temp job and they DO NOT pay Holidays SMH. I'd like to write a review for the coordinator who helped me to land my current assignment, Cynthia "Cindy" Madvig. I was working a part time job, and actually given up on searching for full time work as it was such a daunting task, and stressful to the point where I honestly just needed a break. As i'm checking my daily personal e-mail, i run across a notification from Indeed, saying that i had a message from Ultimate Staffing. I reluctantly, headed over to the app to check it out and respond, even though i had been disappointed by countless other messages just like this one. I sent her my number there, and she called me within 5 minutes. I was shocked, as soon as i gave up, she found me! We connected and quickly reviewed my experience, and a position that was a Perfect Fit. Within one week, I started my then "3 week assignment" with the company, and I just learned today that the company is offering a 2nd extension, and possibly permanent work. I love the company and they seem to love me so far (fingers crossed!). But in all, i owe the utmost appreciation & respect to Cynthia, it all started with her eye for talent, choosing me, and linking me with a company and role that I would shine in. She set me up for success. She was even able to negotiate a modified schedule with the company to accommodate my need to care for my child. I am so grateful for this amazing partnership & I would recommend anyone looking for work to reach out to Cindy at Ultimate Staffing. Ultimate staffing has been such a great experience!! They were very accommodating to my exact needs. I explained the location I wanted, the type of position that I preferred, and the salary I felt I deserved with all my years experience. Not once did they make me feel like I was asking for too much. They sent me different positions that were available and they were very quick to respond back to my questions and concerns. I tried searching for a job on my own with no success. (It wasn't that I was unable to search on my own, it's just that I wasn't finding the right fit for me.) Sometimes you need that extra help, and Ultimate Staffing was my answer. Natalie found me the perfect job where I start next week! They offered me a very reasonable benefits package and a great salary! They have an app where you can put in your hours. Very hassle free and convenient way to find the job you want. read more

If you want to work with a temporary agency, and happen to have any medical issues crop up unexpectedly, do not expect any loyalty from this organization, as they will kick you to the curb with the boilerplate "I don't think that we are going to be a good resource for you."
