I can't get enough of PTP!…read more Close to two years ago I nearly solidified my decade long tenure at Alameda county working as an EA with CIOs and CTOs as long as I can remember. I wanted a job sector change and venture out what's out there. I tried many opportunities with two other hiring firms but both have been discriminating against my previous experience. This one other particular firm interviewed me and told me my EA background in government is laughable. After many years of public engagement, being trusted by my executives, actually thinking I was a bigger part of something in my career, I had one other hiring agency told me I wasn't worth it. It hurt so much. It wasn't until my friend told me about PTP. I was already traumatize with hiring agencies I wanted to bypass PTP altogether. So flashback to 1.5 years ago. I placed in an application through LinkedIn and was immediately contacted by Sue, Jackie, and Rebecca. I went to interview at their Palo Alto location (an actual chic office and not some shanty bedroom/house converted office) and immediately wanted to get to know me. Rebecca sat down with me and listened to my needs. Why I was searching. Why want venture capital? Why go after start ups? What was your culture like in government sector? I couldn't believe my eyes. Rebecca was acting like that one friend who always wants updates on you. It didn't feel like an interview, it felt like you were sitting down at brunch and talking casually with Rebecca and giggling, just enjoying atmosphere and talking about career. I left their office in good graces. Sure enough, they had 2 JDs for EA and EA/OM after two weeks. I got a job at a VC firm! Ladies and gentlemen, top recruiting is not about making money. These recruiters know that you are already a good fit at the start, they will help you mold into it. Other hiring agencies could benefit from this tip. Thank you so much Premier Talent Partners! I would 100% recommend!

Do you like working with professionals with personality and heart? Do you need to trust…read moreprofessionals with your career? If so, do not move along. You have found them. I first submitted a profile which was very easy to do. They do a good job cutting the barriers to employment. Within a day, I was contacted by Julia B. We set up an initial interview to just get to know me. We had such a pleasant conversation. Despite the current Pandemic Crisis we are in, we were able to discuss our thoughts on the situation because it is unavoidable, then we proceeded to the interview. It was smooth, she was clearly an eloquent communicator and very passionate about her job. She informed me next steps and we were done in our allotted 15 minute time frame. Julia continued to be responsive. She provided me two emails. Just two. One to set up the interview with the recruiter with tips included (bonus) and one to confirm my interview. The day of, she reminded me of the interview via 1 text. Then there was Grace S. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. Get two HR Professionals in a room that truly understand service for others and what the HR profession is about and you will quickly notice 30 minutes is not a lot of time. Grace is the recruiter you want by your side. She takes the time to know you by listening to you, actively, and she takes an interest in what makes you, you. That is exactly what a recruiter needs to do. One that can present you completely. Not just by resume, but really "go to bat for you." You instantly feel safe and trust when you speak with her. She is honest and she is open. In times of where we really need to earn people's trust, Grace goes the extra mile to earn it. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and her blunt honesty. As an 15+ year HR professional, this was pleasant experience and a great choice for me. Julia and Grace are great representations of "PREMIER TALENT PARTNERS" and I look forward to building long lasting professional relationships with them and their colleagues. Many of us are being adversely affected by the crisis. In these times, turn to people who will take it upon themselves to ensure your success. They truly care and they truly want the best for you, at least that is how I felt. Remember they are humans too, I brought positivity to the table and got a great result. Come in with a good attitude and you will see, they will provide great service. They are professionals through and through. Don't wait any longer, choose the best, choose Premier!

A complete and utter WASTE OF TIME!…read more They work on some sort of recruitment quota. They are very interested to sign you up yet do not follow up with you whatsoever. I wouldn't wish Office Team on my worst enemy.

First off, these guys deserve a -5 five star. Horrible experience…read more NOTE: This was my experience with two individuals. I understand others may have had great experiences and that is fantastic. I just happen to get the short end of the stick this time around. One fine Tuesday morning, I am sitting at home and I receive a phone call from one Selene Mora of Office Team. She states that she has a couple of jobs I would be interested in, we talked and I was interested. She then sends me an email, and I send her my resume in an email. The next day, Wednesday, I receive a few calls from her setting up two interviews the following day, Thursday. The first is a phone interview in the morning and the second is an in person interview in the afternoon. In my phone interview, I was asked to tell of a time that I negotiated. I was puzzled as I have never done this. Then they asked me if I was still employed at my most recent job, and I said no. They said that on my resume that I still worked there. This is where I got a hint that my resume had been altered. So I go to my next interview and since it is in person, the interviewer usually has the resume in front of them. I glanced over at it and saw that it had been drastically altered. Later that evening I send an email to Selene asking to see the resume she sent to the two companies. I received it the next morning and I was livid. Without my permission, she added stuff that I never did on my resume and took a few things off. She lied to the employers about who I was. Even though she tried to make me look good, she did so by flat out lying and that is unethical. I confronted her and she tried to justify her actions. I told her she was lying and that she was wrong to do this. I then spoke to Juliana Bravo and explained the situation. She was understanding and stated that she will make sure that it will never happen again. I told her that I wanted my real resume sent to the employers and explain the problem. She said to send her my resume and I did. I have never heard back from them. Not even a check-up or status update on my interviews. Not even a call to tell me I didn't get the jobs. Nothing. This was about a month ago. Recruiters: do not lie. That is just wrong and dumb. Be honest and work with your candidates to make their resume better but don't lie. Job seekers: when dealing with a staffing agency, just to be safe, ask to see the resume they send out. And when you go into the interview, ask to see the resume they received to make sure you are being portrayed in the right light. Just avoid this location and people. Especially Selene. I hope she learns her lesson and grows but for the time being I would not deal with her.

Mr. Ashish (Kumar), if his last name is Kumar, sits in SynergisticIT Fremont office while the marketing team sits overseas (probably in India). Today is Sept 19, 2022. Last week, I asked them about a Java cohort. Siddharth told me that there would be a new one starting on Wed Sept 21. After a few conversations, I was interested in the program. But I asked one question in writing because I wanted to be very sure. I wanted to know whether the algorithm challenges would be waived when I face potential employers, after I have gone through SynergisticIT training. Both Siddharth and Naman Sharma told me, verbally, that there would be NO algorithm challenges when I go to technical interviews with potential employers. This was the decisive factor in my decision to sign up with SynergisticIT, which turned out to be false. Last Friday, I had a zoom meeting with Ashish. On Zoom, he told me to go SynergisticIT website to pay the initial fee of $4K (without any contract in writing). I told him that I could not as it might be a scam. He told me to meet him in his office in Fremont. Then, when I met with him, I found out from him that of course, there would be algorithm challenges when I go to face potential employers. And I found out from him that the tentative date of the new class would be on Sept 27. "The start date is not important," he said. "The important thing is what we teach you from the start date." I did not protest anything on the date. But there was one thing I did not like about Ashish. He put me down on purpose. Something like "you have been at home for so long and you have not found a job. You are not good technically" and so on. True trainers encourage students to learn; they don't trash students. His point was that I was so bad that the only way for me to get a job is to go through with his training program. Also in their marketing presentations, they always emphasize on pictures of unknown people with large salaries attached. How can you know that it is true? When you want to break in the market, it is not wise to focus on the salary size. It is wise to focus on the opportunity to break in the market and get the experience. They try to arouse the greed in candidates. After I got out of Ashish's office, Naman called and pressure me to pay right away. He used the rule of 48 hours, that candidates have to pay the initial fee 48 hours before the start (Sept 21) of the class. It was ridiculous because the date would be, still tentatively, Sept 27. And then I gathered some more information, based on my previous conversations with Siddharth and Naman. SynergisticIT will make me pay $10K in cash through their website. Then I will have to sign a contract through DocuSign with a third party vendor saying that I owe this third-party $20K, which will be paid over the period of 2 years once I get a job of 75K+. The scary thing is that I don't know where this third-party vendor is. And non-existing SynergisticIT will have no liability. If they give me lousy training, I would have no way of holding them liable. Over the weekend, I did some research on the Secretary of State's website and the website of Alameda County. Also, I found Ashish Kumar, SynergisticIT, on linkedin. The problem is that his linkedin does not give a single piece of information. I found where an Ashish Kumar lives in Fremont though. I asked SynergisticIT to give me a copy of the drop-out/partial refund policy and a proof that SynergisticIT is a business entity in California. Of course they don't have those to give. This morning, I asked them to sign a one-page contract with me. The contract could be one sentence or one paragraph, saying that I sign up to be trained by SynergisticIT. I asked my address and their office address to be included in this document, and me & Ashish sign it. Of course they cannot do it. I told Naman not to contact me again that if I don't receive those in writing. If you read this line, you already know how shady this business is. Keep studying and looking with a positive attitude. No one can ever put me down. It applies to you too. I don't believe in the massive 5-star reviews about this SynergisticIT on the Internet. People, hundreds of people (in India or in other countries, for example) using their real or fakes names, can be paid to do reviews while the costs are minimal for a business that pays them to do so. Also, Naman told me that I need to TRUST them blindly.
