The office staff was very nice. Dr. Innocenzi, not really. He was very dismissive and put words in my mouth. He said everyone is looking for a quick fix. I never said that. If he bothered to look at my family history he would've seen that my mom had severe glaucoma and my dad had macular degeneration so a surgery "quick fix" is not what I was looking for. I'll put it this way when I left, he was out of the parking lot before me. I get it last patient let's rush but it took over 2 hours to get there. I won't be going back. read more

Dr. Innocenzi helped me after after a cataract surgery issue with my eyes and the steroid solution. A different office had done the surgery, but they were too far away to drive to with eye issues. He did, however, perform my mother's cataract surgery and she never had a problem with it. After my eye was healed, I thought I'd get progressive reading glasses from his establishment. (First of all, I had gone there and they had me pay with my personal credit card and said they would reimburse me after they find out if the insurance will pay for the visit...this was in December '23.) Two weeks ago I was told that the insurance paid them and they would issue me a check. Prior to that about a month before that, I checked with the insurance company and they said they were never billed by them. Today (July 2, '24), I was told by his office that the check was sent yesterday. We'll see when I receive it this week - if that is true. The reception desk was friendly, but I think it was their office manager who was having a bad day when I went to pick up my prescription glasses. I'm so glad that I only paid for half of it because they were terribly done. I do not know which vision lab they had sent them to. Before I thought of sending them back, I asked the gal if it happened again, what then? She said I would have to start all over and purchase a different lense. WT heck? I just told her she could keep them and I left. Unfortunately, I'm sure VSP wouldn't cover another pair of glasses, and I'm sure with her attitude that their office wouldn't reimburse them (VSP) so I could get pair - but I was so frustrated with all of it and had to vent somewhere. His place use to be hopping with customers, and I totally understand why there were hardly any people there when I had gone. My guess is he might be ready to retire. It doesn't seem like he oversees his staff's manners too well. I don't think that customer satisfaction is a priority there. read more

Dr. Innocenzi is great. I admired his attention to detail and the adjustments he made to the lenses for my cataract replacement lenses. I can now see in detail leaves on a tree at 150 feet, NFL football played on my flat screen at 15 feet away and even read a newspaper. I'm so glad I had this surgery done and that it was Dr. Innocenzi who performed the surgery. I could not be more happy with the results. SIX STARS FOR INNOCENZI ! read more

Today I went to other optometrist to have vision exam. The glasses prescription that I was given at Dr. Innocenzi was way off. They prescribed -1.00 on both eyes, while the new optometrist prescribed -1.75 & -2.00. No wonder I couldn't see good. Never go to this doctor & their optometry. read more

Dr.innocenzi is an Ophthalmologist located in Chino, California. I saw him for cataract surgery and dry eyes. He and his staff are amazing. They explained the whole process and gave me detailed instructions about my treatment, surgery and follow up. Having comprehensive information to refer to lessened my anxiety about surgery. His scheduler Annabel is with you thru the whole process which is also helpful. Dr. Innocenzi and his staff coordinated all my prescriptions and insurance needs. All I had to do was come to my appointments, pick up my prescriptions and follow the instructions given. I'm extremely happy with this practice. read more

I had a terrible experience there in December 2022 with the optician...Dr Innocenzi's resolution regarding his unprofessional optician wasn't any better. Needless to say I immediately found another opthamologist and I will continue to purchase my prescription glasses from LensCrafters. read more

My sister has been to to this office 3 times after her stroke last year being transferred in a wheel chair ! Unfortunately we know her vision has drastically changed . Thinking let's get her checked and we will get a prescription for eyeglasses. First appointment NO she has a skin tag by her eye lets wait we cannot test her vision, let's schedule another appointment and see what we can find or we may have to remove the skin . Second appointment, 12/20 they state we can do some tests and screening . So she is there at 9:00 am being tested still at 10:45 am. I spoke with office and they stated she cannot be examined by doctor today she has DRY EYE . I told them they better have a prescription by the doctor today and they said he will not she needs drops and will have to come back . After paying almost paying $ 200.00 in co-pays I told them I want a call back from NOOZY or I will drive her there again myself !! Well still no phone call . Called to make an appointment for my son (8 years old) and I. We both have vision coverage with VSP, only to be told that it is now an office rule that they don't see anyone under the age of 10. I found this to be strange, but wasn't going to sit there and question it. Needless to say, I didn't make an appointment for myself and made an appointment with an office down the street who will see both me and my son, who will gladly use my insurance benefits and our business. read more

Have seen almost 3 different doctors for an eye infection I've had for over a month. Was finally referred to Dr. Innocenzi, waited for 2 hours to be seen. All to find out that my issue isn't "concerning" and I have to just deal with a cyst on my eye. I've been on antibiotics for a while to help clear up the infection (as prescribed by my primary care) and Dr. Innocenzi was unable to properly resolve my issue. 1 star for the kind staff. Immediately called my primary care to refer me to a different provider. read more

Let's say you set up an appointment for 12:00pm here, I can guarantee that you will not be served until 2:30pm because these people don't know how to schedule properly. I went to Dr. Innocenzi for the first time today. My appointment was for 2:30, By 3:35 I had not yet been called in, and went up and canceled my appointment as I had an important meeting later at 5:00 PM, and had no idea how much longer the wait would be. I notice that my experience seems to be common here. I will look for another doctor. read more

Dr innocenzi is a great Doctor. The receptionist was also very nice and courteous. I was out of there in 1 hour. I was worried about having glucoma and he reassured me that he was going to run more test and go over them with me. I left his office knowing that he cares. I will always go to see him. I was referred here by my optometrist for a stye that ive had on my eye for over a year. I had to wait 2 hours even though i had an appointment. When i FINALLY got in to see Dr Innocenzi he was so short with me, he didnt listen to any of my concerns and suggested i do what Ive been doing because since HE was suggesting it, it would work for sure this time. He sent me home with an ointment. My eye swelled up to twice the size it was within 3 days so i went back to see him terrified and he brushed off my concerns and refused to just remove the stye regardless of the pain and disfigurement it was causing me. I will NEVER go back to this man. And i suggest you stay away as well. He is rude and belittling and couldn't care less about his patients. read more

I went in today to get an eye exam, new patient. The office is clean. When I first went in I turned in my forms (went the week before to pick up forms) the only thing I didn't like is that the front office staff, an older Hispanic female with glasses was having conversation with a thin male. A personal conversation on what activities they participated in over the weekend. I get it, it's Monday morning. But when your talking about house hunting, how many houses you seen, what city you are looking, what kind of house your looking for.... This is not a conversation that should be taking place at the front desk, when there is patients in the waiting room. Not that it was inappropriate, just unprofessional. The male tech that preformed the initial screening was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I was I and out in an hour. When I was leaving the waiting room was FULL hope they didn't have to wait to long. read more
