I mean it's one thing to pick up an item in one department but have to traverse to a completely different department in the store to pay for that item. I will say, the service here from the staff was impeccable. The lady that helped me had just delt with three difficult customers when it was my turn. That didn't bother her, she was still a gem to deal with. She was chatty and had a happy demeanor. I would go back to just interact with her.

This store has EXTREMELY POOR customer service, and as an African American woman, I was led to believe that the behavior I experienced was prejudiced.

A wonderful young man came out to see if I needed anything and was very knowledgeable about trees and all things gardening. He was an ideal business person and I am looking forward to returning today with pics of my tree so he can help me identify what it is and help with companion planting. As I wandered other areas like their green house and market, other associates were super friendly and also very helpful. The lovely aromas of fresh produce and baked goods coming from their shop was so tempting! I resisted but plan on picking up a pie today when I return. Although it was just a recon mission yesterday, I didn't leave empty handed as they actually had some FREE perennials which I was thrilled about.
