Highly recommend! Super knowledgeable team that goes the extra mile (literally in my case, to WV!) to find and plant top quality products, then they stand by them with a generous warranty. I worked with Jennifer and her team on a major landscaping project featuring over 20 trees and 2 dozen smaller plantings. The design was thoughtfully created to incorporate the surroundings and the climate. Came out amazing; many compliments from envious neighbors! read more

Don't buy from them. Huge billboard outside Lowe's advertising premium plants. Purchased a plant from them in Sept 2025 and it died over the winter. Went back with receipt and was told this particular plant was not covered under any warranty. I questioned why I was not told that when I bought it and was told I would have been given a "green slip" when I bought it if it was warranted. As a first time customer I had no idea this was the policy nor would I have known to question it. Was prepared to make additional purchases on this visit, but feel the need to take my business elsewhere. Beware buying "premium" plants from this business as they don't stand behind what they sell. read more

Great place. New owner, lots of same helpful staff. You have to see it to believe it. Deb C read more

I stopped by this place in search of a good nursery, 1 of many I would check out this day. They had a wide variety of greenery plants; Shrubs, trees, things of that nature. They had a lot of roses, but not so much flowering plants to fill out my garden. They had odds and ends things inside for gardening but not as much as I hoped. They could use a pond section and have more flowering plants or at least ones that were ready. The staff was nice. read more

I've used Lovells multiple times to put in 4 large gardens, a holly tree, 2. crepe myrtles , a mounded garden 20 ft long for several types of Ornamental grasses, several varieties, bee bushes, a lilac bush, A row of forsythia bushes and about 30 different types of perennials. Now my yard looks fantastic. They are easy to work with and reasonably priced. When I first moved into this house in the spring of 21, all I had was a row of rosebushes on the side of the house. Basically a barren yard. Now it's definitely a year-round garden and natural habitat for the wildlife. read more

My family and I were there for maybe 7 minutes picking out a Christmas tree and a rude young boy told us "you better hurry up because I'm not carrying a wet tree out there".... they close at 4. We were there at 3:10. So we left! Trying support local but NOPE not going to support this ignorant service. read more

Love shopping here. It's like taking a relaxing walk through a park. The best part is the back patio -- so pretty. When I stop here, I get lots of new ideas for things I want to try with my own landscaping. Also, the herbs I bought here in the early spring are now thriving! read more

This place has some great deals to spruce up any room in your home or porch/patio! The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable about when/where/how on every plant we asked about! The 5 Star review is because of the staff and well-arranged layout. My only knock was that lots of items didn't have price tags...Thanks to our helpful botanist, we got sweet something-or-other that I would have guessed to be $25-35 range for $10! Had to ask though....shiiiiiiiiit we might have packed our Jetta down heavier if we knew it was that kinda party! Mash potatoes!! read more

This nursery is awesome! They have everything: veggies, herbs, annuals, perennials, trees, garden tools, pottery, bird baths and statuary. If for some reason they don't have what you're looking for-they can usually order it in! Great staff-friendly and knowledgable. read more

Staff is friendly, but the quality of their mulch is horrible - it is filled with trash and stones, and is not dyed completely. One rain, and the bulk of the color has washed off. When laid next to that which we got from Mohn's lumber, Mohn's has kept it's color much better. In addition, what they call a yard scoop is nowhere close to a yard. Not only are their prices higher per yard, but they short you on the quantity. We got two yards of mulch and it was less than half than what we received from Mohn's Lumber or Westminster Lawn. While Mohns and Westminster may be more of a drive, both offer a much better quality product for a much better price. Westminster Lawn's is probably the best quality we have gotten - the mulch is fully dyed and, while it has faded a little, still has retained the majority of it's color a year later. Do not recommend Lovell's for anything ordered by the yard - they short you the quantity, and the quality is very poor. read more

They do not honor their return policy, unfortunately. I purchased several shrubs that were partially dead. Their response was to cut out the dead areas and wait to see if it would recover. They promised to provide a store credit but have yet to provide one. read more
