The menu features unique, creative culinary twists, with large portion sizes offered at affordable prices. Flatbreads are huge - the size of a shareable pizza! The shortrib sandwich should be renamed to "everything but the kitchen sink" because that thing was stuffed to the brim. The fish tacos are a standout item for me though. The fish was fresh and perfectly crusted. While cabbage slaw isn't always a personal favorite, their unique mango pineapple slaw is excellent and worth eating down to the last bite. It is a solid, reliable choice for a satisfying and value-forward meal in a comfortable, casual setting if you're in the area.

I ordered the Coconutella latte and it was perfectly balanced, flavorful without being overly sweet. The Nutella cold foam was definitely indulgent, but the latte itself was smooth and delicious. We went on a Saturday morning and only waited about 15 minutes for coffee and food, which honestly felt very reasonable considering how popular this place is. I also got the cinnamon roll, which was HUGE and really good. I do wish it had been served warm, but after reheating the leftovers at home I loved it even more. The standout pastry was a donut-style pastry filled with pistachio cream. We also ordered the Il Classico, which was super flavorful, a great portion size, and definitely had a spicy kick. On top of the food and drinks, the service was amazing, the decor was adorable, and parking was surprisingly easy. After finally going, I completely understand why this place gets so much attention. Definitely worth the hype.

What a disaster, I couldn't even believe people were still ordering after walking in and seeing 20 people waiting for their order. It seems like a decent place but they should shut their order ahead off if they can't handle it. This experience made me never want to step foot in Wakefield again. I surely won't be going back to Cibo. I can't find a reason to provide more than a star here.

My only feedback would be to please have the food ready by the requested time. If you're running behind, it would be nice to receive a quick call or text letting us know. Just speaking from a business standpoint, especially when placing a large order, communication makes a big difference. Overall, the food was really good and definitely made up for the wait! The place itself is nice and cozy with plenty of seating. The ambience is very family-oriented, and the employees were also kind and welcoming. For the price, I was expecting a meal, not what basically felt like a side salad with a bonus scoop of lettuce. Went with the Cobb, which turned out to be a Cobb in name only. Yeah, that makes zero sense. Not bad, just underwhelming. If you're actually hungry, bring a snack.

For my most recent experience, I called in my order directly with Nicks and picked it up. The service was good and quick! Took them no time at all, and the sandwich was ready right in line with what they said to expect timing wise - they were actually bagging it up as I walked in! The staff were friendly and polite. The sub was great - warm, tasty, and as expected. For me, the large was big enough to split (with someone or in two sittings). Nicks is in a good, easy to get to location. They do have parking, but note that the lot is a little small and on the corner of a busy intersection/set of lights. All of my experiences thus far have been positive and I look forward to my next order!

Most recently ordered a large sub which was not dressed whatsoever and was a medium at any other sandwich spot. Asked for it toasted, and toasted, it was not. Second sandy was a sub that we requested to be in a wrap - when we went to pick it up we were scolded and told that we need to order a large sub if we want it in a wrap (now how would we know this?). We were also told that they do not have spinach wraps, again as if we should know. Don't most places call if they have questions on a request and not sass their customers? We're just trying to get chicken salad in a wrap. Chicken salad was nothing special and the wrap was constructed in a way where all of the toppings are hanging on one side of the road while the main honcho is on the other - it just doesn't work for the bites! Could be better, sadly hasn't shown up to prove it yet.

The corned beef is large chunks, not small diced pieces found in most commercial and canned hash. The potatoes, peppers, and onions gave a nice texture and flavor. I had it topped with two over medium eggs which were perfectly cooked. As I was eyeing the French toast, he gave me a single piece which included their fruit infused whipped cream and was really, really good! That might be my entree next time. My friend got the crepes and her face was doing happy expressions while she was eating. My new best friend Maria kept my coffee mug full-she visited the table frequently to make sure my mug never got low nor cold. She also took care to clean the table promptly as plates were finished. Now if my kids could learn that... oh wait, this is a diner review. The ambiance is cute and chic. There was easy access to accommodate wheel chairs and they have their menu clearly marked for gluten free available and vegan options (most of the menu). The menu is on the fancier side; they will prepare whatever someone wants (e.g. if someone just wants 2 eggs and bacon, they can easily do that). The location is on Main St. so parking is hit or miss. If you are nearby and want something good, this is a good option!
