The delivered and beat her up expectations! My mom had so much trouble in the past with movers damaging many things during the move and she couldn't be happier that Joe's Moving didn't damage a thing! In addition to that, she said the crew was very very polite and kind, worked quickly but still very cautious not to damage any items or the home moving in or out, and did a great job organizing and loading up and unloading everything she needed moved. I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

Everything was safely wrapped and carefully transported (and we had a lot of stairs). They treated our stuff with immense care. In addition both movers were super cheerful and friendly. I didn't realize they were out of Rio Rancho, but they came to Santa Fe to pack and move all my stuff (16 foot moving truck) to my new pad in Santa Fe, and then the rest to a storage locker. They got it done in 3 hours. The owner was also accommodating and I appreciate that. Make sure you talk to him when booking. If I ever move again I will be calling this company.
