Then I ran into a snag, the private storage facility that I rented a unit from to store my items was locked during regular business hours. We all sat outside of the facility while I called and texted the owner with no response. I did not get a response. I didn't know what to do, so I asked them if they knew of any other storage facilities in the area. Miguel and Zeke went above and beyond by finding me an available unit in the area, getting me into contact with the storage facility manager and we were up and running again. This company was…read moresuggested to me when trying to find a mover for my mom and she was pleased that they weren't terribly overpriced, they were easy to schedule and seemed like they would do quality work. The delivered and beat her up expectations! My mom had so much trouble in the past with movers damaging many things during the move and she couldn't be happier that Joe's Moving didn't damage a thing! In addition to that, she said the crew was very very polite and kind, worked quickly but still very cautious not to damage any items or the home moving in or out, and did a great job organizing and loading up and unloading everything she needed moved. I am currently paying HALF of what I paid to the mainstream storage place (hint, they are all over town and have a green and white logo, their name begins with the word "extra"). In addition, the on-site office folks are super warm and friendly. It's also a large facility, with a lot of space to maneuver vehicles. You can rent storage units here, or spaces for vehicles such as cars, trucks, RVs and boats. My stored items in my unit stay much cleaner, I think this is because it's an older facility, with better-built structures. The hours are super convenient: 7 am - 9 pm 365 days a year. Icing on the cake is that I have a beautiful Sandia mountain view from my unit! I absolutely love this place and would give it 10 stars if I could.
