The facility is kept very clean and secure with gates entered by your specific passcode. Management goes out of their way to make sure my needs are met. I get deliveries from trucking companies which require assistance. They notify me when a delivery has arrived or is arriving. Great place and people to be associated with. I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

We needed a place to store our sailboat while our driveway was being repaved. Golden Target offered…read morea relatively good deal for a one-month lease, so we signed on. Unfortunately, we were put next to someone storing a dilapidated camper (rotten wood, exposed fiberglass insulation). We figured it had been there for a while. On the day that we decide to retrieve our boat, the owner of the camper is ripping it up and dismantling it in the storage spot, dumping shards of rotten wood, insulation and (no doubt) asbestos all over the area. I asked the manager if he was allowed to do that, she said "Well, no, but..." went on to say he has to remove the camper and dismantling it was the only way. I expressed my concern around having fiberglass and asbestos flying everywhere and she said, "Well, the wind is blowing. You won't breathe it in." In short, if you don't want your RV/Boat stored next to trash, don't patronize this business.

FACILITIES: Their facility is new, easy to enter/exit, 1 mile from 25, has two dump stations, water, 24 hour access, 24/7 onsite security, PRIVATE (no one walking by on the sidewalk watching you load or unload), bright lights, video surveillance connected to my phone, a wash bay and a service bay where you can pull your rig to do small repair jobs if needed. 5* CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ask about their move-in specials - I got almost an entire month for free and no admin fees. As I was moving across state, I communicated in advance that I couldn't be there until after their official closing time and that I was starting work the next morning. Carly went out of her way to be there when I arrived (around 9 PM), helped guide my rig in and had my access key and paperwork ready to sign so that I could unload and be on my way. Her patience, thoughtfulness and customer-oriented approach really made for a soft landing which was a highlight after a long day of moving!

My search began with a search for storage. Needless to say many options were available. In fact I even think I saw a guy trying rent our his 2 car garage for storage. I may have been wrong. So my journey to find the perfect spot to store of stuff had some a few speed bumps to overcome. We moved from Nevada and we used a place that has containers that you pack. Their names rhymes with SOD, you know the instant lawn stuff. You can do the math. 1st speed bump; I needed a place that would have a storage room that would fit a 3 bedroom house. 2nd speed bump; I need a place that would have the space to let me place 2 16' containers on their property. I also needed these containers to stay there the whole weekend. This is a tall order for any storage place. I found Debonis storage from a referral of another storage place I called. I contacted De Bonis and explained to the guy on the phone what my "speed bumps" were and if they could accommodate my requests. They said they had problem helping me out and they would have the space to park the containers since they also have a place to store RV's and boats. I asked them if there would be an extra charge for placing these containers? There was no extra charge. They were polite on the phone and happy to help. It was easy to make my reservation and that was it. When my containers arrived, I had the company speak to the owners and they coordinated with the container company. They had a 10X20 storage space that was perfect and reasonably priced. They offer 24 access to your storage room via a code. They have 24 hour surveillance, so you know your stuff is safe. Another thing I notice was that each structure was built on little hills so you wouldn't have to worry about flooding. Thieves stole over $5000 worth of electronics and owner would not provide me with assistance information with the local Rio Rancho Police department. I had made over payments because of my travels and the 3 payments happening at different times of month. No writing in contract for prorated payments and no refunds for early move outs. There are other storage business' and encourage you to look beyond DeBonis.
