The manager refused to look at camera footage that showed us moving out, attempting to get into a locked office multiple times, and subsequently calling the number provided on the door whilst on camera. The manager said we should have called a different number which makes sense in opposite world. She was rude, the company is set up to make it near impossible to close your account, and even made it difficult to get a receipt showing that our transactions were officially concluded. Do not use this company. I would gladly let you keep your stuff at my place then have to deal with them
