My friends and I stopped here after spending the day at Apple Annie's. After eating sweets all day we needed a meal with some substance. Roadrunner Cafe did not disappoint us! Great breakfast stop. I had the Arizona omelet which was pork and spices and pepper cheese. It was delicious. It's a small little cafe as part of the KOA campground. The host came around to make sure everyone was happy. Can also purchase some local souvenirs while there and we played tether ball after breakfast. Great stop! read more

Highly recommend the Southwest burrito and the half order of biscuits and gravy! Very tasty, and enough food for my boyfriend and me to share. Lunch is from 11-1:45, but they still offered breakfast, which is awesome. Friendly server, clean place, decent prices. read more

It's a fantastic hidden treasure in "roadside dining"!! It's actually at a KOA campground right near a truck stop so it's very accessible, their signage is not huge so you just have to look a bit...but SO WORTH IT! Everything we ordered was just delicious, the biscuits and gravy were really great actually. Omelets are quite good too. Oh and they have prickly pear popcorn! The service was super friendly, the park manager was really friendly too. They completely won us over, we ended up having three meals over two days! Can't say enough about these folks. read more

Came here due to the reviews and was not disappointed. The service was wonderful, the food fresh and well prepared and prices reasonable. I'm passing thru with my pup so it's difficult to find a decent place to sit down and eat with her. There is outdoor seating here that works great. The entire staff is friendly (and dog-friendly). We love this Kafe! We eat there every time we stay at the KOA in Willcox. The staff are friendly and the food is great. The kids of course love the ice cream. My husband loves the chicken fried steak. The fact that they deliver to the camp sites is awesome! We try to camp here at least twice a year because we enjoy the food and atmosphere so much! read more

A great location- easy on and east off from I10. Sufficient parking for pulling a trailer. You would not expect high quality food and service at a KOA campground but you will find it here. The service was exemplary. The place was immaculate. The food was excellent. I had a salad and another person had the burger. Both very good and made just how we asked. Zero stars actually. We waited an hour and a half and they kept apologizing our food wasn't up yet. People came in, ordered, ate, and left and we sat with empty drinks. Then they wanted to charge us for them. Wouldn't bother unless you have all day to wait on a simple order. read more

Overall, this KOA seems nice. We stopped in for a late lunch and the girls at the cafe were friendly and the fry bread taco was actually more like pizza, hard to load up and eat but the fry bread was on point and taco meat was OK. Grilled cheese came on delicious brioche breads, fries were nasty snack bar style. Comfortable break from a long drive and they have ice cream counter. The KOA store is nice with decent prices for local raw honey so we grabbed a large jar. read more

We stayed at the adjoining KOA. We were not towing a vehicle, so having a restaurant on site was perfect. We ate dinner and were pleasantly surprised at the choices and the quality of food. I had the Gyro Meal and my husband had the hamburger Steak meal. We took a pecan cinnamon roll back with us - you must try that !!! Quantity was great and the so was the taste. We went back for breakfast before we left. There the KOA owner came and sat down and introduced himself and talked with us for a while. The also talked with our server who we found out was the cafe manager and her husband is the cook (Allie and Spiro). I can say they all were so nice and welcoming. Our breakfast did not disappoint. Mushroom, onion and sausage omelette with hash browns, ham and eggs with hash browns, half side of biscuits and gravy and one pancake . Everything was delicious. The prices were reasonable. Stopped here for breakfast after reading good reviews. Called ahead for our to go order. Order was ready right when we arrived. I had breakfast sandwich on a croissant and hubs had breakfast burrito. This is part of the KOA campground. Food was very good and the staff very friendly and efficient. We first had lunch and the bbq chicken wrap excellent. Very fresh. My husband had chicken tenders. Also very good. Fries done just right. Went back for breakfast and the omelettes were generously filled. When in Willcox stop in. read more
