Our waitress was very attentive, and the service stayed consistent the entire time. The food was chef's kiss. The rice was excellent, and the fajita platter my husband and I shared was flavorful and more than enough. The margaritas were on point too. We ordered the huge Cadillac margarita and it did not disappoint. This will definitely be our go-to spot every time we're in Willcox for the wine festival!

Mezcal margarita delicious. Food choices numerous, including breakfast options! All your favorite Mexican dishes were available. Food was great, nicely plated, and delicious. I was delighted with our patio seating. People watching always a treat. This is a gem, serving local families, tourists and wine festival attendees without batting an eye. Food allergies not a problem,.... Just let them know and they are happy to accommodate. Great experience. Thanks!

We really want to love Isabella's since we come to Willcox every year for the wine festival, but…read morethis visit was disappointing. The restaurant seems very understaffed, which led to long wait times throughout our experience. We sat at the bar in the middle of the restaurant, but there was no bartender. Drinks had to be made by a waitress, and she would leave again right after, so service felt very inconsistent. There was also no hostess, which added to the confusion when arriving. We noticed another guest across from us who also wasn't being attended to, and the waitress apologized to him as well, mentioning there was no bartender available to cover the bar area. We understand places can get busy during festival weekends, but better staffing or support would really improve the experience. Hoping to see improvements next time because we'd truly love to make this one of our go-to spots in Willcox.

The large bowl of chips were nice and fresh and served with a spicy salsa. I ordered the chile reline which is the standard by which I judge Mexican restaurants, and it was excellent. The batter was fresh, the green enchilada sauce was flavorful, the chiles were quite narrow for a poblano, almost looked like Hatch chiles. It took a while for our food to come out which was a little surprising considering the place was pretty empty. Everybody was very pleased with their meal, overall it was a good experience. Nice location right around the corner from the Rex Allen museum.
