Sonoran loaded hotdog is awesome! I love how they grill the bun. Perfect bun to stuff ratio. The ladies working were super sweet too!

I stopped by with my coworker while on a work trip today and found this barbecue place on yelp…read more From the outside it looked really cool, and even smelled great. We were pretty excited as we walked in. The atmosphere inside was cool, I really thought it was a cool touch with the old train car that you sit in. The service was fine, it was a little odd with the robotic delivery thing that brought the food to the table along with the waitress. Where I really can't give a good rating is the food. I ordered the brisket plate, a coworker ordered the chicken. The first red flag was that it took only about 2 minutes from the time we put our order in until the food showed up at the table. I don't think I've ever seen food come out of any restaurant so fast, unless it was a fast food place. I was so focused on the wrinkled, withered half chicken on my coworkers plate that I didn't really even pay attention to my brisket. The chicken looked like it had been overcooked for way too long, and then had probably sat underneath the heat lamp for quite a bit longer. Watching him try to cut through the skin with a steak knife would have been really funny, except we were both pretty hungry. When I got to my brisket, there were several good size slices of meat. There was a smoke ring evident on the top of the meat, but none on the bottom. My guess is that it had probably been smoked on a flat pan or something else that kept smoke off. The overall smoke flavor was fairly weak, nowhere near what I expected for a brisket. The worst part however, was that I needed a steak knife also to cut into my brisket. It was tough and dry. My best guess, based on the texture and a weird aftertaste, is that it had been smoked, sliced and frozen, and was then reheated in a microwave (if you've ever nuked a steak, you know how it makes the meat taste). The coleslaw and beans served as sides were alright, though the beans were over salted. Overall, this was a disappointment for food. Neither my coworker or myself were able to eat more than half of the meal, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting good BBQ.

We were seated right away on the patio, which was a great start. Our waitress was very attentive, and the service stayed consistent the entire time. The food was chef's kiss. The rice was excellent, and the fajita platter my husband and I shared was flavorful and more than enough. The margaritas were on point too. We ordered the huge Cadillac margarita and it did not disappoint. This will definitely be our go-to spot every time we're in Willcox for the wine festival!

We were joined by hundreds of house flies all around us. The little table propellers designed to keep flies away helped to a degree, but treating the fly problem would have been a better solution. Why are attracted to food, so perhaps a cleaner patio? I had the burrito bowl. I have never had drier chicken in all my life. An absolute disappointment. Our bill came out to just under $80 for two people. That's absolutely ridiculous considering what we got for it.
