Worst towing company i've ever dealt with. Nobody is communicative. After NOT receiving a call from the driver (even though he said he was 20 minutes out and he would call once he was here), GEICO calls me and tells me he came to get my truck WITHOUT letting me know. Tells me the wheels are locked when that is absolutely not true. The problem with my car had literally nothing to do with my wheels plus why wouldn't he just call me to come outside? I needed to ride in the truck with him so why would he just take my truck? I had already been waiting 2 hours so at this point, i'm just pissed off. When I called the company to see what was going on, I was just told they were going to call the driver to see what happened and nobody ever got back to me after that. Never again. read more

They put two large chips in my rims and when I called them about it I got a we will call u back and never got one smh

This company lied to me about canceling an order to come to my home to tow my vehicle. I scheduled through GEICO. I scheduled a day ahead of time for Roadnet to come to my home. I spoke with GEICO the day of the pickup (after waiting for a hour and no tow truck) and they said that the company had canceled the service because I was not with the vehicle. (I was out in the front yard mowing my grass at the time of the 'supposed' attempt to pick up my car.) I called Roadnet on the day of the scheduled tow. They said they did not receive an order from GEICO and that GEICO must have canceled. I know that if I have any more problems with a tow service through GEICO I am going to ALLSTATE! read more

They took the job knowing they were 4 hours away( Insurance company contracted them) then they cancelled, didn't tell me they cancelled untill I called them, then blamed the insurance company. Do not use. Under any circumstances. You'd be better off pushing. Wasted my entire fucking day. read more

Service was average at best. The guy towing my car sounded like he had no idea what he was doing. After he loaded my car into his truck, I got in and we left. About 2 minutes in he lights his cigarette without even asking me if that's ok. I would've said no because I have asthma. I had to literally get out my inhaler and use it because it was irritating my lungs so badly. And not to mention, I have to go to an optometry appointment smelling like a smoker now. read more

Definitely not reliable. We waited over 2 hours (in Corpus Christi where one can get anywhere in 25 minutes) and then we were notified by our warranty service that another tow service would be called as the Roadnet tow truck overheated. Roadnet obviously was not concerned with any customer service. A simple phone call within a reasonabble time should be an easy & considerate thing to do!! Linda Crain read more

Despite other reviews our experience with them was great. We gof our eta of 60 min, they called us within 10 min to let us know they were on the way and had our car on the tow truck within 30 min. They has a separate car for us to ride in, and were very nice. They even gave us tips for where to get another tire and the guy who was driving us home even offered to personally take us to get a new one! Would recommend read more

TERRIBLE towing service! Driver was over an hour pass his pickup time and even dropped it off to an unknown location which I had corrected way before the pickup time. He left my car with the key inside unattended in some random lot. Had to get the car myself. DON'T USE ROADNET read more

Overall, a good experience. Don't trust their ETA, they were late. Compared to other reviews, the driver was very polite and did a great job at the tow site, on the road, and at the dealership. Granted, the cab of the truck wasn't pretty, as you might expect, but it was clean. My experience, other than the wait, was good. read more

After starting my car and heading to work to get a few things done, as I was leaving to go home, my car failed to start. I notified my insurance and they sent for towing services. Mike was the staff that came to my assistance. It took him under 25 minutes to arrive. Over the phone he was very polite. Upon arrival he was patient and knowledgeable. Inspecting my car, he already knew what the problem was, ran a few diagnostics, and suggested a new battery. He helped tow my vehicle to the nearest Autozone, and sure enough he was right. He even stayed to assist the Autozone employee with the installation. Thankfully I was able to get everything taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and continue on with my day. Thank you for your service. Very grateful. read more

My car wouldn't start, called GEICO to get roadside. I asked if they would send someone who could troubleshoot the car. I was advised they could try to boost the car to see if we could avoid towing it. I was told that they take care of everything including if I had a flat tire. I also asked if they could take passengers since it was two of us stranded they said yes and gave me a quote of $30 for the miles over what was covered by insurance and said they take cash or cards. When the guy arrived he didn't have jumper cables, said he couldn't take credit/debit card and said the cost was $35 instead of $30. Yeah I understand it's only $5 but it's the point. If they say $30 the price should be $30. If they say they take cards and cash do that, if you say you can give 2 people a ride as you tow the car do that. If you say they will have jumper cables and tires have them. Epic fail in my opinion seems like they want to collect from the insurance and up the price to get a little extra to pocket. The killer part is I would have tipped but let that be my choice not try to stiff me out of $5. read more

Trash service! Horrible customer service! ZERO stars! Been sitting here for 3 hours! And Still sitting here. Now I am waiting for another towing company. Their customer service was RUDE and said they never heard of me when I called to ask where the driver was 2 hours later. They called me, that's how I had their number but they never heard of me? They were arrogant and shovanistic pigs. I can't agree more with all the other bad reviews! They are bottom feeders, garbage company. Avoid them! Call insurance and change the provider! My only regret is I didnt check here first before waiting this long. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER - NO COMPANY SHOULD BE RUN THIS WAY!!! My experience comes all the way from Corpus Christi, TX. The first time I needed to use roadside assistance, my experience went HORRIBLE!! My brake system in my Charger failed early this morning 7:20am. I didn't feel too bad as I was comforted with the fact that I pay for 'roadside service'. I called and was told (the first time) that a tow truck would be there in an hour. 2 hours later, I'm calling and was pretty much put off with "they're on the way", "20 more minutes", "they were delayed", blah blah blah..AFTER 4 1/2 HOURS..I finally called another service who arrived within 20 minutes!!! This company is totally unprofessional and should not be in business!! If you can use another company, save your time, money, and temper!! read more

My insurance company provided me with Roadnet's assistance in getting my car towed to the shop. I had to be at work at the same time my car needed to be arriving to the shop by tow, and I could not be there for the hook-up. Also, the trip had a 4 mile overage, which was only costing me $20.00. The driver, Sam, called me to verify my car. He asked about the overage, and I told him I would pay credit card as my insurance company told me I could. He said they could only accept cash, and just waived my overage fee altogether. My car arrived safe and sound to the shop to be repaired. Let's hope I can post a good review for the shop in the near future. ;) read more

If your insurance carrier/ roadside assistance carrier calls these people out PLEASE cancel and request a new provider. Consumer beware!!! These are not professional people. The lady in the "office" could easily be laying in bed eating Cheetos. Dina is a rude piece of work, xfered to that dispatcher "Charles" even worse. Moe was so helpful and nice when picking up my car after all my tires were stolen. He called me and let me know exactly how long it would be and after being screwed over by another towing company who didn't bring tires to get my car on the tow truck and made me waste 2 hours of my time he was so helpful! When he arrived I was already irritated but he was so friendly and put me in a much better mood. Thank you Moe! read more

This company was assigned to me by GEICO (which will also receive a separate negative review!). This was the worst roadside "assistance" I have ever received. They were supposed to arrive at 3:43pm. At 4:05pm, we called and texted and called. No answer no response. Finally at 4:13, they decided to respond and said they'd be there in 30 minutes "due to rain." The 30 minutes goes by. Again, no call, no text, not responsive to our attempts to contact. Finally, at 5:05 he responds and says he's 10 minutes away. At 5:33, still not there and no communication! Totally unresponsive. Finally, he arrives at 5:45, loads the car, and leaves at 6:02 for a 20 mile trip to the dealership which is open until 7. Not trusting them, I called their dispatch at 6:30. They both lied and said the dealership is closed and took my car to God knows where and said they'd "take it Monday to dealership and would not charge me storage fee." Really????? Horrible service and liars! Do not do business with them! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We waited 2 hours and no one came!! My car won't start and I called my insurance, they sent Roadnet and I drive an hour out to my car to find out they were not coming for another hour and 30! It's already 5 and my mechanic closes at 6. We agreed that he'd send someone for my car between 9:30am-10am, we waited and no one came. I called again and no one had put me on the schedule, I was also talking to the same man as yesterday and all I got was an "oh my god". We called the insurance AGAIN and they were trying to send us the same people but we had no idea because it was a completely different number. Found that out by calling and the same guy answered. It's past 11am and I get told that no one is coming yet. WORST TOWING AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was using them through my insurance company and was told the ETA was 9:54AM. He called me at about 9:15 and asked for the location, etc. then stated that I needed a flatbed and hung up. So I called about 10:10 for the ETA, I was told they would have the driver call me. So I contacted my insurance company shortly after, to find out that they were unable to pick up my car due to not having a flat bed. read more

Their service is terrible from the trucker who was dispatched to pick up my vehicle to the individual who answered the phone when I called to report the level of disrespectful service I received! Let me tell you, if I could, I wouldn't rate this awful company one bit. I don't even know why a Houston company was in Corpus Christi to begin with... I told honda dispatch that I was in a garage at my work, clearance is 8'2" and I cannot and will not drive my car since the rim is hitting the ground. Air is escaping and I don't want to use the sealant because it voids the warranty and I am not buying a new tire. I told Honda to relay that I do not have a spare tire. Trust me. I would have put the spare on myself. This guy rolls into campus smoking saying he can't come in the garage and tells me Honda did not tell us anything. He calls his boss. The guy puts him on speaker. The boss is straight up rude. Boss man says he ain't worrying about it. Tells him to tell me to drive to the entrance. I said no, i can't and won't do it. It will ruin my rim. The driver assures me it won't. I'm not taking any chances and so his boss says I can go do something not suitable for a review because he wasn't going in. Well then sir...I'm not helpless and trust me, if I could, I would simply change my own tire and not bother your lovely business. But there's a reason I was ordered a tow truck. Never in a million years will I recommend this company. read more

The worst! Tried to charge me $40 cash in addition to my roadside assistance. Wouldn't take credit card so I knew it wasn't on the up and up. Despite all the bad reviews, I had great service today. I was stuck in Bay City and needed a tow to the nearest dealership. I waited a little longer than the ETA given by my insurance company, but only 20 minutes longer. The tow driver (Mike) even called me telling me he was 10 minutes out. When he arrived, Mike was very courteous and quickly loaded up my car. We made it to the dealership where he was just as quick and efficient with unloading my car. If I ever have trouble again in Houston, I'd gladly call Mike up personally to see if he would be available. read more

I'm literally signing up for Yelp just to write this review. These guys are completely unprofessional. I got linked up with them through USAA Roadside Service and have since filed a complaint through USAA. In attempting to get an ETA for my tow I was hung up on twice and then assured that the driver was "on his way." The thing is, it's been about 24 hours since the accident and I'm not about to set up a tent near my disabled vehicle. These guys were totally rude and it sounded like a circus at their shop. Don't use these clowns. read more

COCKROACH OF A BUSINESS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTED MY TIME, AND FULL OF LIEING. And that's a disgrace to cockroaches even. Took them 3 DAYS to get my vehicle from their storage lot to a repair shop, approximately 30 minutes away. Made promises of delivery times, only to keep pushing it back and lying. On the 2nd day, I kept calling over and over, to the point that every phone operator knew who I was, and they kept on putting me on hold purposely, until I have no choice but to hang up. Only until I had my insurance call them up, did the horrendously unprofessional "dispatcher" apologize for putting me on hold, claiming she was trying to find out the whereabouts of my vehicle. I called nearly 15 times that day, nearly all of which she picked up and put me on "hold," and now she finally makes an excuse and that's to the insurance operator, not me. She said that apparently my vehicle was on its way, but the tow truck broke down and then had to return home because the shop closed. What a sack of BS. From that point on I had enough, and told them I wanted a different tow truck company to finish the job next thing in the morning, and pick up my vehicle from their damn storage yard. They were relentlessly milking the insurance's money and my time until I went crazy. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, they'll make you work to get your vehicle back. read more

RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They told me 55 minute wait time to pick me up. They showed up almost 4 hours later. The driver Sammy inspected the car and asked me who my insurance provider was. I told him and all of a sudden he went into a rant about they don't pay him enough and he refused to tow me unless the insurance told him a dollar amount. Frustrated at being blackmailed after 4 hours of waiting in 95 degree weather, I call and ask for the dollar amount and put the insurance rep on speaker for him. She told him my plan covers 100% of the tow. His response? "No dollar amount. Bye." Then he got in the truck and abandoned me. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They don't care about you. If you have insurance covered towing I would recommend requesting to AVOID these crooks. They do not even deserve 1 star. Also Sammy didn't realize but I have cell phone video of him doing this and it will be going on YouTube, Facebook, other social media, etc. as soon as I get a reliable tow truck to get me home. read more

Was told that they would be here to pick up my car at 11 a.m. and by 2 p.m. they still were not here and after calling multiple times I was told that they were never assigned to come pick up my car even though I had received the confirmation call and text. The employee I spoke to on the phone at the Beaumont location was very rude, and I will NEVER use this service again. After calling my insurance company I was then switched to Paynes Wrecker and they came and picked up my car in less than 40 minutes , they had much better customer service. read more

Horrible people! I, too, wish negative numbers could be given! We didn't choose these people, Chrysler sent them as a free towing service for a car under warranty. After waiting much longer than the time promised, my husband called a couple times. At the end of the day, the dispatcher told my husband to "fu*k off" and hung up on him. When the truck finally showed, we told the driver to move along and tell the dispatcher to "fu*k off, himself." We reported this to Chrysler and our Dodge dealer. The dealership sincerely thanked us and will be telling their regional manager about this incident when he's in town next week (week of June 22, 2015). There's no room for such bad service and behavior in a town crawling with tow trucks! read more

Avoid this company and it's lack of professionalism at all costs!!! My insurance company arranged a pick up from the body shop to a Volvo dealership and the driver called me arguing with me as to where the car was suppose to be taken. I already paid for the tow through my insurance provider and this jackass on the phone is trying to yell at me saying he's taking the car to Katy. Absolutely ridiculous. Then he tells me that he will not be servicing my vehicle and then hangs up on me. Because apparently they think they're the only tow company in Houston. He said he didn't like my attitude when he was the one yelling at me and I just kept telling him the address of where it was suppose to be going. Pure ridiculousness. read more

Chrysler Roadside Assistance setup the tow for me. 15 mins after the ETA, Chrysler called me back to confirm their arrival.
