I was stuck in the heat with a flat tire and I called and got service immediately. I was so grateful that I didn't have to wait long and the guy was able to change my flat tire within 10 mins at an affordable rate. He also gave options on how to resolve my problem whether be fixed it or towed me to the tire shop and he was very kind. Not only was Mr.Damond BEYOND friendly, he was unbelievably speedy in his response to my call. With a smile on his face and a sense of " dont worry we will take care of you" emanating from his presence, he swiftly took me ACROSS TOWN for a rate you CANNOT beat. I rarely write reviews, unless they are for either excellent or terrible service or products. This review is for the most EXCELLENT service I may have ever received, and especially from a towing service. My review is specifically for Damon, the owner! My first experience with Damon was last Wednesday night, when I had a flat on the Katy Frwy around 8 pm...during the last-minute holiday shopping rush. I was by myself, my husband was out of town, so he he couldn't come help, I don't have a roadside assistance service and I was not close to home. UGH! I had absolutely NO idea who to call, so I just pulled up my Uber app to get a ride home so I could deal with it later. NO Uber cars in Katy (what??).So, I yelped "roadside assistance" and CTS came up and, with only 2 reviews, which were both 5 stars BTW, I called. I'm always nervous doing such a thing, but I was desperate. Damon, the owner, answered my call right away and said he'd be right over to put my spare on. He left his family, including his 2-year old grandson, at supper time during the holidays, and was there to rescue me within 15 minutes. While he quickly changed my tire, we had a great conversation about his grandson and Christmas and he had me on the road in no time...with a smile and a big hug! What a holiday angel he was! Turned this girl's tears of frustration into a smile, for sure! Good thing I kept Damon's number in my phone should I ever need assistance in the future because I called him again on Saturday (3 days after our first meeting) because my husband's Montero was parked in our driveway & we couldn't start it. Again, Damon dropped what he was doing on Christmas Eve, and was at our house to tow the car to the NTB near our house, where they were able to put in a new battery & starter. Once again, Damon was a true Good Samaritan and reminded us during this hurried holiday season that good & generous people still exist. Damon left again with gratitude, a "Merry Christmas!" a big hug and two very happy customers! Thanks, Damon. Called asking for help about flat tire, and the guy coached me on how to solve my problem, very good customer service

Ok, I know that my fellow Yelpers will agree with me that it's not fun at all when you have car trouble. You know what's even less fun? To have your car break down when you're nowhere near your part of town. This past week, me and the bf were in the Katy area doing some shopping, we get back to his car after leaving our last store, and it doesn't start. He tried looking under the hood to see if it was a simple mechanical problem but after numerous attempts to start the car, no luck. We thought that maybe it could be something as simple as the battery needing a charge but I guess no good samaritans were around that day because no one tried to stop and help (What's wrong with peeps these days??) Seeing as my bf doesn't have roadside assistance or towing with his insurance (lesson learned), we resorted to calling a tow. We were already cringing at the rate we would receive with any tow company seeing as to how we were nowhere near our part of town. After calling other tows and being given outrageous rates, I resorted to FB to see if anyone could recommend a reasonable tow company in the area that wouldn't charge an arm and a leg. One of my friends said that she used CTS Towing & Recovery before and they helped her out. We called and spoke to Damond (the owner) and he gave us a very reasonable rate. Fortunately, my bf's mom lives in Katy and her husband works on cars, (Thank goodness for knowing people in different parts of town!) so we asked if we could have the car towed to their house and he said that was no problem, and he also estimated that he could get out to us in about 30 min and he showed up right on time. When he arrived, he greeted us nicely and apologized for our troubles. And instead of trying to hurry and hook our car up, he tried to see if it was something simple such as low battery juice and tried to give us a boost, but to no avail. We got to the house with no problem and besides from having a car trouble, the rest of the process was a breeze. Overall, this was a very good tow service to use. Fast, simple and friendly service throughout. We were told that they're not just restricted to Katy but the whole Houston area. If you find yourself with car troubles (which I hope to my fellow Yelpers, that you don't) this is a good service to use. read more

Called. Guy said 45 min. Been more then two hours and never got a reply after I text him "ETA". Kind of frustrating to feel like you resolved the issue but they just add to it wasting more then two hours of your time. He wasn't the best price either but sounded like he would be the quickest option. My advise is just get the app called "HONK"... yeah that's how bored I got waiting that I searched into something more reliable. Didn't notice the great reviews were old. read more

I called several companies tonight to come help me jump my car. Their sites said they were open 24/7 but they obviously weren't. Another showed up on Yelp as being open that was not and he was quite upset that I had called him at around 9:15 p.m. Guess he'd better change his settings on Yelp. Had a car stuck in my job's parking lot, was suggested to try these guys out and I was impressed, they came in,got my car and took it to my house for a reasonable price, despite having steering wheel issues, it was handle professionally, they even got it started for free when we got there.., will definitely recommend to a friend or two. read more
