I specifically asked if I could bring my vehicle in first thing in the morning and pick it up the same day. I was told that would not be a problem and that they could have it done the same day, so I planned my entire day around that. I dropped the vehicle off around 11:00 AM and was then informed there was a $50 rush fee for same-day service. Corey, the manager, told me he would waive the fee for me and asked me to give him 1-2 hours. Around 2:00 PM, I called for an update and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I returned around 2:45 PM to pick up my vehicle, only to find that the wheels had not even been touched. They had not started working on the vehicle at all. Once I was there waiting, they suddenly rushed to complete the job. The entire service was finished in approximately 23 minutes. This made the situation even more frustrating because if the work could be completed that quickly, there was no reason I should have been waiting nearly four hours while the vehicle sat untouched. When I expressed my frustration and asked if there could be some form of compensation given the lack of communication, professionalism, and the amount of time wasted, Corey brought up the $50 rush fee again and essentially told me to "bear with him" because he normally charges that fee. That was frustrating because he was the one who voluntarily offered to waive the fee. I never asked him to waive it, so using that as an argument afterward was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The overall experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. To make matters worse, the curb rash on the wheel is still visible, so the end result did not justify the time or inconvenience. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. The biggest issue wasn't simply the delay--it was the poor communication, failure to follow through on what was promised, and the way the situation was handled by management.
