I came here to get a used tire. They charge me $50 which was not bad but when I got home my father pointed out to me that the tire was very badly balding . I tried reaching out to see if I could possibly get a refund and they refused. I would not recommend this place at all. They will give you terrible tires. read more

I am in love that this tire shop opens late. It does tend to get busy but at least they try to help someone out. My husband came to find a spare tire because he had hit a nail. He didn't notice is around 7pm. Most places already close around 7pm which suck. We came here hopping they can fix the tire , they told him that it can't be fix but he can buy a tire. **READ BEFORE PURCHASE! This is my full and HONEST review of this company. Please be warned of their unethical business practices. The price I paid for 4 used tires was $250, which is a lot more than what other companies charge for used tires. When you get there, they will show you one decent looking tire and SELL you the ones with low tread. This was noticed upon installation in which they quote "Only had 4 Left" . This was a red flag because that means you are in fact purchasing the worst of the batch, but since they were already installed I had no choice but to come back and replace 2 like the employee suggested. The reason why I am writing this review, is because I went for a car checkup at Pep Boys where they informed me that I was actually sold 3 different tire sizes by Fast Tires and Wheels. None of which were the correct size for my car. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but just flat out a waste of money and time. The supposed "business owner" I spoke with on the phone claimed they would not do anything about it and that I was at fault for "not checking the sizes". Overall, I would NOT suggest this used tire company as they are over priced for the services they offer and will lie to get their low quality tires sold. This is my honest account of the experience I had and would highly suggest you visit the tire shop next door or down the street. I also noticed that none of these guys were wearing masks and their hands were beyond dirty. This was an issue for me because they use your keys to move your car. A few other things: They only take cash, although they claimed otherwise, the guys are SALESMAN meaning they do not care about quality, and they will act as if they do not see an issue when one is presented. Sunday I pulled on my door handle and it came off. I was down the street from here, drove over and asked if they could put it back on the door. The owner pointed me to go to this guy that was sitting on one of the benches they have outside. I went over and the guy looked at the handle and said if I bring a new handle he could put it on tomorrow. Came back with the handle, he removed the inside of the door, an hour later said it was fixed, I tried it (didn't come off) paid him and later that night it came off again and my window came off the track when I rolled it down. Called him, said to come back the next day, when I arrive and ask for him a different employee at first didn't know who I meant, asked the owner and said "oh he don't work here and what ever he told you..he lies". So fkk the owner for "hooking up" his friend, fkk the guy "Castalinno" or what ever his real name is for fkking up my door and window and fkk the business overall because a simple "we don't do that here" would have sufficed. No one was able to help and have been asking for a return on a new koolertyres with the sticker still on. Not even been used. They said they have a sign up saying all sales are final but there is no sign posted anywhere inside. The owner Ricardo said he was cleaning and must of took down the sign.
