While I mistakenly parked in a private lot, I went to go get my car this morning and understandably was distraught when it wasn't there. After 3 hours of searching and starting my car from my phone so I could see the location, I saw it was impounded. This being said, I promptly went to go get it and called the Tow Guy to ask for details on the situation and was immediately met with complete and utter disrespect. It was literally a simple 1 minute long conversation and it rubbed me the wrong way enough to go write a review, and when I did that, this guy TEXTS me with more disrespect. My son was involved in an accident in Jersey Village and The Tow Guy showed up first. On the phone, I gave explicit instructions to the Officer, the driver, and my son to take the vehicle to our shop, which was very close and NOT to take it to an impound lot. I agreed to pay the $145 tow fee. After I hung up, The Tow Guy's driver intimidated my son into letting her take it there anyway. I had to pay $195 plus arrange another wrecker to get our vehicle moved to where it should have been taken. I've reported the action to the Jersey Village PD and hope they take action against this company. read more

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and care from this company. I had a situation where I needed my truck towed from my house to a body shop, but the shop was closing soon. I called this company on a whim since it was the closest to my house. They were super communicative, up-front about the cost (which was extremely fair) and kept me informed on when the driver would be arriving at my house. The auto shop unfortunately was closed when my truck was dropped off, but the driver dropped my key into the auto shop's drop box and sent me pictures of my truck in the parking lot, AND pictures of my key being dropped off to ease my mind. Definitely made a stressful situation WAY better for me. I will be recommending this place to friends and family, and will absolutely use them again if necessary. read more

My car was stranded and flooded and I was low on funds. At first I thought she worked dispatch for the company but soon realized that she was a driver as well. She picked up my car in a timely manner while keeping me posted as to where she was and when to expect her. All helped to decrease my anxiety and I won't forget it. Heather delivered my car to its destination like the pro that she is! What more can you ask for in a towing company ? Honestly I have no words to accurately describe what the employees of this company is like. Everyone is living through the motions of life and have something going on. But when my baby brothers car breaks down after work at 1am, a bit of compassion would have been great. we pull it into prosperity bank to get it jumped, and it doesn't work, we set up a tow company to come get the car. During this time a tow truck drove past us slowly 2 separate time not once stopping to offer any assistance. At some point we left not thinking too much since it's late and we've exhausted our efforts; and thinking our guy was only 45 minutes out. We will get the car to the shop and we will save to pay everything one bit at a time. But no, as soon as we left. Like vultures "Tow guys"pray on people who are already in a horrible situation, picked up the car, took it to a storage unit 10 minutes down the street, and came right back, all in the span of 45 minute that my guy was on his way. When I called to ask where, what, and how. I was met with coldness, not an ounce of compassion, left on hold because he didn't want to deal with me just so sad and defeated. "Every one is going through something" he said annoyingly. When I had said "hey we are honestly just going through a lot, and I understand you also have to make money working so late. Can we meet in the middle and I pay you for your time to get the car a shop 15 minutes down the way?" "No, it's out of my hands now and you'll just have to figure it out with the storage company. Parking at all after 11 is considered over night parking and that's not allowed" I understand doing your job. I have been a customer for a while and I had no idea he was so unprofessional until he towed my vehicle out of spite against my boss when I had nothing to do with there issues. His wife started yelling and charging at my boss while he was holding my baby. He towed my car that same night after my car caught a flat and i had left it there. Coincidentally the night of the day they started having a problem with each other when i went to pick somethings up. He then started asking my coworkers if they knew who I was and if I worked there. ONE MONTH AFTER... he towed my bosses truck and wouldnt pick up his calls so my boss asked me to ask him to call him or to at least give him the information of the auto lot his truck was at and he called me right after just to ask me AGAIN if I actually worked for him and proceeded to tell me he always checks to see if im at my job. For the record IM PART TIME AND I HAVE ANOTHER JOB ON TOP OF BEING A MOM. It made me super uncomfortable and I lost my job because Ty The Parking Lot Pimp keeps bringing me into his drama. Its really disappointing because he helped me with my dads car before he passed away which was a year ago and my dad actually thought very highly of him and we even spread his business to some of our other family members and our friend mechanics. I was out grocery shopping and the worst possible thing happened to me I freaking locked my daughter in the truck my 3year old !!! I turned the truck on ac on i buckle her in put the groceries in closed the door and instantly knew I messed up i start to freak i call this company they reassured me everything was gonna be fine the ac was running i was able to see my daughter she wasn't in immediate danger per say and that he was on his way! It was around 12:45 am when my car turned off at a red light and i was only a few meters from home. I called the Tow Guy for help and the guy said he'd come and that if i had someone coming, to give him a call back or text and let him know that i have someone else coming. As soon as my dad said he was on his way, just about a minute after i called the Tow Guy, i text him "hey, I have someone coming, i don't need your help any more". As soon as my dad arrived we tried to jump start my car and the Tow Guy showed up. At that point a police officer had already stopped as he drove by to help me. The Tow Guy instead of approaching me, he spoke with the officer complaining that he "drove out here for nothing" and stating "I'm at least going to charge her $150-$140". My dad at this point had walked to me having a truck that could've pulled my car but wanted to use a jumper box first but the light turned red again and my car shut off again. The Tow Guy offered to tow my car home for $150 a few meters away which i found unreasonable and at the time. It was late and i had been exhausted so I agreed. He tried to do the transaction for it with my card but it didn't process so he suggested cash or both card and cash. My dad had $40 on him and i had $90 on my card after the transaction fee was taken out. He said then that he had to take it to the lot not being clear of what the lot was (impound) and didn't give me time to reach out to my people for the extra cash. While my car was only a few meters away, the police officer concerned asked what was the agreement and before i can get a word out The tow guy starts pressuring me saying "time is moving". I then out of fear and hopelessness allowed him to move my car not understanding where my car was going. I have never had such terrible service, i didn't even include all the details, or that my car is now leaking oil very badly!!!! And im trying to figure out if he messed it up with the tow truck because it was not leaking prior !!!! but the guy was rude and pressured me into taking my car. The officer even on site tried to help me by asking me about the agreement and the Tow Guy interrupted us. Today i went to get my car and total cost came up to just about $300. I am so disappointed that he could've actually helped me and got the money he asked for if he was more clear and allowed me time. I also would have avoided such a headache. read more

My car would not start and I called the dealer. They recommended a towing service in Magnolia. I was in Cypress and did not want to wait. I called Ty , best phone call ever. So professional and prompt. I texted him my location, phone number and the information about the vehicle. In return he called and said he would be there within the hour. Sure enough , he was there. Did not bother me , asked for the key and the information on where the vehicle was to be towed signed off and away the tow went. He was a pleasure to speak with.
