But, it took the both of us, like forever to take the battery out! That battery was locked up like Fort Knox! Anyway, he checked my old battery and it was dead, and it took him about 5 minutes to put it in! AND he saved me about $150 OVER 1-800-Battery! I would strongly recommend this guy "O" he knows of what's he's doing!! AND I used my roadside assistance with State Farm! And it took him about an hour to get to my home. And now, I'm a happy camper!

He saw us trying to jump the car (we thought it was the battery) and let us know that it was actually the starter. He stayed with us a good while (for free) to try and help us get the car to start but we ultimately had to get it towed. He appeared to just be passing by but I thought it was really nice of him to stop and assist. I recommend his services 100% just based off his character alone and will let others know about his business going forward. Thank you so much again!

This company operates in an extremely unprofessional and deceptive manner. After loading my vehicle…read moreonto their flatbed, I was informed--only then--that there would be an additional $65 charge simply because a flatbed was used. This fee was never disclosed upfront. We were discouraged from contacting our insurance provider (AAA) to verify the charge, and due to a time-sensitive dealership appointment, we felt pressured to pay the fee out of necessity. For context, the tow distance was only 5.5 miles and took approximately six minutes. Subsequently, our insurance company issued payment for the $65 "additional charge," despite the error originating entirely with the towing company. However, the company has failed to refund the money we initially sent via Zelle. Since then, they have stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. This behavior is unacceptable and strongly indicative of a scam. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have also documented the truck's license plate number and TDL number as evidence.
