I called a couple of places but wasn't impressed with their customer service and felt their prices were unreasonable. Luckily, I stumbled upon Catarineau's Towing and I'm SO glad that I did. Mike is extremely professional and showed up before the time we agreed upon. He took the time time educate me on the towing process and transported my car with care. He honored the quote we agreed upon over the phone and I truly felt that I could trust him. I really hope I don't have to tow my car again but if I have to I won't hesitate to give Mike a call. I had been looking for a good car with comparably good financing. My credit is not very good and I was running into problems all week trying to get the financing I could afford. I was pleasantly surprised to find there were no hidden agendas, no bullshit and the car was in great shape. From the start, Mohamed was pleasant to work with. He had me approved before I drove all the way over there from Cypress. The terms and payments were exactly what I wanted. And I even got other perks without paying an arm and a leg for them. You know that slimy feeling you get from salesmen at car dealerships? They are out for themselves only and you just feel dirty after leaving. That was the total opposite of this experience. I felt like Mohamed was on my side. He takes care of his cars and his customers. Do not judge a book by its cover. Autogear is worth the trip.
