I returned to Mr. Andy to have the issue corrected and also asked about an oil change. That turned out to be a huge mistake. At first he claimed I needed new brakes again. When I reminded him that he had just replaced them, he changed his story and said it was something else. He told me the only thing he could do was grind the brake down to stop the noise. I allowed him to change my oil, and less than thirty minutes after leaving the shop my car was smoking and the check engine light came on. I later learned that he did not use a funnel when adding the oil, and he also forgot to reconnect an electrical component under the hood. It gets worse. While my truck was on the lift, he broke my undercarriage and was prepared to act as though nothing was wrong. I immediately demanded that he replace the part with one from the dealership, not a used part. He became upset and told me I was being unreasonable for wanting a new part that no one could see. I made it clear that he needed to honor my request or this situation would escalate. Now I have to take my truck back to the dealership because the check engine light has come back on. I wish I could say this was an isolated situation, but my friend experienced a similar problem with her daughter's car. I will never use this mechanic again and strongly advise others to avoid him as well.

I was referred to the owner, Sunny, by a long-time customer, which is the only reason I considered this shop at all. I asked Sunny to diagnose my extra vehicle, a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and paid $250 for the vehicle to be towed to his shop. After two weeks of waiting, he informed me that the vehicle needed a new motor due to issues with the heads, but he claimed there were no other problems. It's worth noting that the truck had been sitting unused for over a year before I brought it in. Sunny then requested $1,500 for the repairs, which I paid up front , and he assured me the truck would be ready in a week and I would pay the remainder when he completed the job. However, three to six months passed without any updates, and my attempts to contact him went unanswered. It took the person who referred me to visit the shop and inquire about my truck's status. He was told that if they couldn't fix it, they shoul refund my money. While she was on the phone with me and talking to Sunny, the owner gave a sob story about losing his mechanics and his father passing away, asking for more time to get the motor installed and the truck running by the 15th. Yet, here we are, four more months later. I asked my brother, who lives nearby, to check on the truck at his shop, and he found my truck untouched, now with bumper damage, water damage, and mold inside. He confronted Sunny, who again promised that the truck would be operational by April 15th. I contacted my brother, who resides on that side of town, since it's a one-and-a-half-hour drive for me to visit the shop. He went to the property and took pictures of my truck, which had been untouched. Unfortunately, it now has bumper damage, water damage, and mold inside. He spoke with Sunny, who assured him that he would have it operational by April 15th, claiming responsibility for it sitting for over a year, which caused water damage from the rain. He promised to handle the bodywork, brakes, and cleanup. However, on May 19th, my brother visited the shop one last time to check on the Jeep's progress. Sunny stated that the AC was functioning and the vehicle was running well, but he still needed to clean it and fix the bumper, as his body man was unavailable. My brother then took the Jeep home, only to find the check engine light on, malfunctioning signals, a broken gas meter, and now it won't even start. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any business, especially considering the high recommendations. It's been a series of blatant lies, and I'm still out of money with no resolution, forcing me to consider legal action. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I urge others to avoid dealing with Sunny at this shop.

Also, I'm confused why they can't understand that it TAKES TIME for a crack to expand. How could you see a crack on tinted tail lights? I didn't even see them until the dealership pointed them out. These people do not want to help, never tried to help, and are crooked business people. Please, do not shop here! Buyer Beware - first of all, the Indian guy that works here is rude as hell. He is clearly someone who had no respect for customers, past or present. I had my tail lights tinted here a year ago. I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.
