Amazing customer service! They showed up very promptly and did not charge me until my car reached its destination

Let's just start with these drivers 1 like to go over the speed limit with your vehicle on their trucks. I witnessed it as we where trying to merge over bc he was doing the right thing first driving normal but then wants to go over 50 and I can see the vehicle bounce and shift which to me I wouldn't want my vehicle bouncing around on the back of a wrecker. I give him a "friendly" gesture and he flies past me as I'm going 65 and blows me and my girlfriend a kiss and mild yall we are minors. This is in no way a professional manner in any way. He should've apologized and so I called the company and tried to explain what happened and who the driver was in the truck and I even gave the lady who answered the make model of the vehicle on the back and all she had to say was she doesn't have any Mexicans working for her bc I told her the man's ethnicity and she got offended and said they only have Hispanics working for them when that's not what I was worried about in any way I called in to say their driver is driving irresponsibly with a customers vehicle on the back and then she flat out called me a racist I highly don't recommend this company for anything read more

My friends truck was taken to the storage . I called and asked for a specific vehicle.They told me that supposedly there was a police hold on his truck . I then called the police departman in Brookshire.They told me they were going to speak to them about it being relieved. I called them on march thirtieth and I was told there was still a hold on that vehicle. Today is april eleventh Twenty twenty five and I spoke to lieutenant Is bean on a hold still. They lieutenant call me back and told me there was not a hold on the vehicle that the gentleman would have to go and pick up his vehicle. So I called gregory's towing and I was told by the dispatcher that the gentleman had to pay one thousand three hundred And forty six cents to retrieve his truck. But back on march thirtieth there was not a hold any longer Being that it was occurring more and more money they didn't bother to Call the owner and tell him he could pick up his vehicle. So I called because my friend doesn't speak any english and the Lady was very rude and said.I don't need to be speaking to you.I need to speak to the owner. I asked her if she spoke spanish sarcastic She said yes. Hopefully he will be To retrieve his two thousand seventeen ram. I'm sure they were going to auction it off very soon. My daughter had a scary blowout in the middle of the night on her way out of town and had to abandon her car in the narrow area of a high construction area on I-10. Randy was so generous to offer to go look at the car to see if it needed bodywork or just a tire issue, then made several suggestions of where it could be towed to on a Sunday and offered to keep it for her until she came back through later in the week! I unfortunately had to have a tire changed on I-10 yesterday. It was chilly and rainy and the tower got to my car before me, (I had left it on the side of the road the night before), so he had to wait on me. He changed my tire and then helped me get my car unstuck from the mud it had sunken into overnight. He and the woman I talked to that set up the service were very helpful and friendly. The service was a reasonable price too! I would definitely recommend this towing service if you need one. read more

The heater core decided to spring a massive leak while I was driving and my car filled up with steam at 70mph. I pulled over and got in touch with my local repair shop which works with Gregory's Towing. Since this was in morning rush hour traffic it took a bit for them to get to me, but dispatch kept me informed and checked in on me from time to time. Robert Estep was the one assigned to tow my vehicle and get it to the repair shop. Robert was professional and informative though out the whole ordeal, firstly making sure he had the right setup to tow my lower profile vehicle without damaging it. When he got there, he was concise with his directions, and very focused to get the job done quickly and safely above all. During the drive, he made sure there wasn't any accidental damage to my car's suspension by taking it easy on braking and around corners. Aside from his professional attitude, he made the time pass by chatting and being overall friendly. That was much appreciated as I wasn't having the best of mornings. Unfortunately, I have had to call these guys too many times. Car stuck in the mud, anti- theft key lock out X3 and car troubles a couple of times. Always amazing. Fast. On time. And twice knew what was wrong so I could tell the mechanic. Another time, the guy was able to start my car, and didn't charge anything. They are the only towing service I will use. read more

So, I locked my keys in my car at a gas station off I-10. It was Thanksgiving weekend and there were 2 wrecks in the area. Gregory's was recommended by a local person. Tire busted on I-10 about 11 pm after hitting rather large metal item, worst possible spot of road with no where to go. State trooper stopped to check on us, and recommended these guys when we asked who he would recommend in the area (we're road tripping). Took his advice & made the call. Benny (I think his name was) was there in less than 10 minutes, helped my husband change the tire, put the dead one up for us, and had us on our way in probably another 15 minutes. Super nice, even went to check on the guy right ahead of us who hit the same debris. Definitely saved this info as we are down this road often. Don't know what kind of customer Service they have, all I know is that their drivers (at least one) think that they own the road and have The same rights and privileges as an emergency vehicle. At 12:25 this afternoon, at the backed up Woods Road exit in Brookshire, one of them decided to drive down the wrong side of the road, because he was too impatient to wait for the rest of the cars that were waiting, causing several other vehicles to have to figure out how they were going to avoid the ditch. I get that you want to be the first tow truck at the scene of the accident, but is it worth causing more? read more

My automobile was towed today because of a friend of mine got in trouble with the law. And of course I had to get my vehicle out of storage. And these people of this company was very professional and friendly and told me of what to do to get my vehicle back both over the phone and in person. Super nice people! I called this morning to schedule getting my truck picked-up after work and they were right on time. The lady that answered the phone (sorry can't remember her name) really nice and even made me feel better about where I was having it towed (Smith's Automotive) to because she also uses them and let me know they were reliable. Managed to get our truck stuck on our property (don't ask... :))... so I called Gregory's; after explaining the situation to a friendly lady on the phone, their driver showed up in less than 30 min and got the situation unstuck about 5 min later.
