I pulled over at a gas station to put air in it and broke the air valve! Great, just what I need. I called AAA and they sent over Fernandez & Son to switch it to the spare. I can't go far in that thing so I asked the guy who he recommended and he told me about Young Tire. He briefly gave me directions and there I was a few minutes later. Of course these guys were not on yelp and everywhere else was going to be over an hour wait. I'm so glad I showed up here! They switched out the air valve which is also the tire sensor for a fraction of what it would've been at Nissan and they had me in and out in less than half an hour! If you need tire service in Sealy or a tire go see them! They saved my trip!

The price of the tow was even better, under $100 when other companies were wanting almost $200 which in this economy can be a big detriment depending on your income. To me the number 1 thing about Jesse was after I mentioned to him I was a few weeks with child, he made sure to put his cigarette out before walking back over to me and that's a level of consideration that I'll always appreciate. If you need a kind, considerate, get it done ASAP tow Jesse is the man for the job. We will definitely be asking for him be name if we ever need a tow again!. Update on the car: Turns out that the problem was a bit more than just the oil plug not being tightened enough, it looks as though the entire oil pan was hit and dented by something on the road (which of course was not caused by the tow truck). Nonetheless, we highly appreciate the quick friendly service provided by Jesse and we'll recommend him to anyone who needs a relatively cheap yet quick and friendly tow service.

Luckily I was able to pull over at the Brown Tire Center. The guys were so polite and helpful. They removed the tire, inspected it, and patched it up within 10 minutes. They also checked the pressure on all 4 tires before I got back on the road. I tried to pay the owner, but he told me he wouldn't take my money because he has a daughter about the same age as me and "would hope someone would do the same for her." Great customer service is always appreciated, but it's extra special when you have genuinely good people make your day a little bit better.

My wife had a massive tire blowout, with body damage, on I10 near the Brown Bros. Tire Center. Even…read morethough Brown Bros. doesn't stock the size of tire she needed, four of their employees jumped to her aid and found a couple of old but serviceable tires in the shop that would fit her truck, got them installed and got her truck patched up enough to get home. And ... they wouldn't take any money! She finally convinced two of the guys to take a few bucks. If this is typical customer service by Brown Bros., they deserve _your_ business. True lifesavers.

He said that's the price that would get them started. I went for a second opinion to a friend of mine in Houston. He was able to do the whole job for $300. So not a big difference in price. I feel like Fernandez was shooting me straight. They are just a little more expensive. But you know what they say. "You get what you pay for". A few days later my truck was hit by an 18 wheeler. I contacted. Fernandez because I knew they had a wrecker service. Man you talk about nice people. The wrecker driver Steve came out. This was the nicest guy I had a pleasure oof doing business with. I've always watched wrecker drivers man handle cars. They have always been real rough with them. Even though my truck had a lot of damage. He still was very gentle with my truck. Explained to me everything he was doing. He put blocks down and pads down to help pull the truck to the top of the flatbed. He was an excellent wrecker driver. I would highly recommend Fernandez for their wrecker service and especially if you're lucky enough to get Steve. The mechanical part of it. I feel like they are on the high side but I don't know what it takes to run such a big shop. I feel like he shot me straight and was far. He was just a little more expensive than the competition. I can't tell you if my truck is still running like a charm because it was wrecked. So who knows. All in all, I think if you choose to get work done at Fernandez Auto shop. I think you're getting a square deal. You might be paying a little more than the other mechanics. But I think your still getting a good deal with an auto service that can fulfill more needs than just mechanic work. I think this is the kind of shop you want on your side because you never know what's going to happen.

Well, not that I am glad that I had to deal with a wrecker (who wants their car to kick the bucket…read moreon a freeway, right?), but these nice people were very helpful in the entire process of towing and getting much needed contact information for nearby businesses. After getting towed to their small location in Sealy, the gentleman and two women at the office were very hospitable. Their fees were damn good, too. After talking to others on how much they charged, everyone pretty much had the same reaction, which was "wow, that is a really good price". The man who towed my car even helped me look at the car and determine exaclty what the problem was (radiator). He even gave me an extra jug of water to keep and was very courteous to my girlfriend waiting, making us as comfortable as we could in a situation like that. If ever in the Sealy area and need a tow, I'm sorry for your inconveniences, but these guys are the way to go.
