My car needed a flatbed truck which they were able to coordinate quickly and within the hour Henry already had my car loaded up. I will definitely keep their contact on hand in the future and highly recommend them.

I called Certified Towing since they had 5stars on Yelp, and Tom took care of us. He was able to dispatch a truck for us. It was rush hour, so from call to hookup, it took right at an hour to pick up the car, which is quite reasonable based on the breakdown location. It took me 15 minutes just to get there from down the street. David was our driver and he had a nice personality. Very friendly, professional and social. He also took care when hooking up the car, while I was busy blabbering. We didn't need a ride, but he double checked to make sure. If my wife had been alone, I'm sure she would have felt safe. After David left to take the car to our local shop, Tom conveniently took care of payment over text/digital services, and offered several payment methods. Looks like I have a service on speed dial again!

I got an excuse that the Main truck broke down so then they wanted to send a second truck to me. I got upset because I went from waiting 45 minutes to have to wait another 45 minutes with no valid excuses just lies. The funny thing is the second tow driver couldn't even confirm my address or what kind of car I got even though his so-called boss gave me the information so that's what I knew. They were lying to me about the breakdown times or the arrival time. Then the truck driver tried to give me attitude because I was mad. Unprofessional pieces of crap. To all my followers do not use this company for nothing., and as a matter of fact, we'd probably be best if we could tell all of Texas, so these guys go out of business. Shady people. If I could give them a zero review and a negative review or trust me, I would.

The owners of this company (Kyra and Joe) are my angels on Earth!!…read more I was in an accident, and my car had to be towed to a parking lot to be out of harm's way. The police officer told me that a random, shady tow truck company that had arrived on the scene would be towing my car. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver lied to me about where I could take my car, saying it would be $300 to take it to the dealership (where i wanted it to go), but free to take it to the "state lot where there are insurance adjusters". The crooked cop told me this was correct, so I agreed. When I got to the "state lot", I realized it was also a private repair shop. Being frazzled, emotional and confused after being in an accident, I was again tricked into signing a paper. The man told me the signature on the paper was needed in order for me to have my car removed from the tow truck and placed on the state lot for my insurance adjuster to view. Well, that was a lie and they began to hold my car hostage, saying I needed it to be fixed there. I contacted the Ford dealership, and they referred me to the reputable tow service they use, Priority Towing. From the SECOND I spoke with Kyra, I felt at ease. She was the kindest and most helpful person I had dealt with all day. She and her husband, Joe, REALLY went to bat for me, and they didn't know me from Adam! They were familiar with the crooks at the shop that my car was being held, and took it upon themselves to contact the police and my insurance adjuster. With them spearheading the mission to get my car away from dishonest and criminal behavior, I was able to get my car towed to the Ford dealership. Both Kyra and Joe were in constant communication with me, and reassuring me along the way. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected to help me out. The way they run their business is ethical and honest. I feel so lucky that they were placed in my life that day. They could have easily said "that's too much of a hassle" or "this isn't worth the money", and gone about their day. Instead, they spent almost an entire day communicating with various people for justice. I happened to view the crooked company's yelp reviews. The have 27 one-star reviews and not a single other review. They got a solid 1! I wish I had known about Priority Towing at the time of my accident. I will recommend them time and again, and wish I could just give both Kyra and Joe a giant hug!! I

I contacted this towing company to arrange a tow from the Galveston ferry area to Houston. A…read moredeposit of $100 was sent upfront after being given a total price and an expected timeframe for pickup. After the deposit was sent, communication became inconsistent and the ETA changed multiple times. At one point, messages were ignored for a significant amount of time, despite repeated attempts to get updates. I was later told the driver was dealing with traffic and ferry delays, which had not been clearly explained from the beginning. The biggest issue was not the delay itself, but the poor communication and lack of professionalism throughout the process. The people waiting were stranded for over two hours while I repeatedly had to ask for updates and realistic arrival times. When I expressed concern and explained that I needed honest communication in order to decide whether to continue waiting or contact another towing company, the responses became dismissive and unprofessional, including being told to "chill," which I found completely inappropriate considering the stressful situation. Customers should not have to chase updates after sending a deposit, especially during an urgent roadside situation. I understand delays can happen, but communication and professionalism matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious before trusting them with their time, money, and safety.
