Unfortunately, Metro Towing is unreliable and does not put the safety of its clients foremost. Not only was the incorrect tow truck called to the scene of my accident but the driver spoke to the other party then left. Making it a very uncomfortable situation while I waited an hr alone for the correct tow truck type to arrive. Very unprofessional service. Once the SECOND tow truck showed up, as well as, the owner. My car was delivered to a different location. I was NEVER called from the first location to inform me. NOR was I called for the FINAL DESTINATION of my car. My dealership called to ask me where my car was. When the owner was called to explain why I wasn't called or i formed of where my car was. He replied "no comment". It feels like a case of deja vu: my insurance company sent me the same two towing companies, and again, the first one proved an extreme disappointment. So Metro Roadside Towing saved the day again! The first towing company was supposed to show up before 6pm and get the keys from the garage owners. He showed up late, and then said, "I don't tow unattended cars." In my opinion, this is called being LAZY!!! He was just looking for an excuse not to do his job. Now, the guy from Metro, Hatem Abdul, not only showed up ahead of time (he called me at 7:35pm, and was scheduled to show up at 7:44pm) and even though he couldn't find the keys, he managed to get the van upon his truck, and tow it anyway! And he showed up at his appointed time. Again, if you ever need a good towing company in Houston, TX, call these guys. I would highly recommend them: they are punctual, courteous, and go out of their way to give you good service. read more

the tow never came, first said he was ten mins away, then when I called back after An hour , was told he was stuck behind an accident and needed another hour. They lied to AAA reporting they came and but didn't have the equipment to move my car which is a lie bc it's still a drivable civic. I was in a bind when i called metro roadside service. Muhammad showed up within 5 minutes. Muhammad was extremely polite and helpful. His tow truck was very clean and he was very hospitable. I called 3 tow truck companies before Metro Roadside Towing and he beat their prices by over 100$ !! Muhammad went above and beyond for me. I blew 2 tires on 4th of July at 10:00 pm . I was in an unfamiliar area, and scared. I called Metro towing and Mohamed came to assist me. He was the best. Very efficient, and kind. I had spoken to 3 other tow drivers who were going to tow my car to dealership but would t take me home. Mohamed realized my problem and got me home safely. Our vehicle got trapped in mud during Hurricane Harvey. We weren't sure anyone could help during the hurricane as every neighborhood started flooding and essentially became islands. We called knowing it was a longshot if anyone could help. Surprisingly, Mohamed was in the neighborhood and arrived within 15minutes in the middle of a downpour to help! He was kind, optimistic, and funny as he was able to get our van, (our only vehicle available during the storm) out. He saved our vehicle from a mud bog and we are ever so thankful he came. Car was loaded quickly and professionally and I received a confirmation call when the car was dropped off at the service location. Very reasonably priced and I was happy to pay for such excellent service. Great experience! Very professional and fast service! Got me off the freeway and at the mechanics in 30 minutes from the time I called.

I called when my Jeep would not shift into gear (later discovered a broken link between shifter and transmission). They were professional, prompt and courteous. The truck driver, Lucas, called me when on his way to give me an ETA, which was very accurate. Lucas was very friendly and efficient. He was able to get the immobile Jeep, which was stuck in Park, onto and off of the truck with a minimum of effort and the least trauma possible to the vehicle. Towed the vehicle between five and ten miles to the dealership for a reasonable fee. Will definitely call these guys again if I need another tow. They do accept credit cards but prefer cash (who doesn't). read more
