I had an awful experience with RZ Towing. After scheduling a tow for my car at Honda Cars of…read moreRockwall, RZ picked up the wrong vehicle -- a completely different Honda -- and delivered it to my house. Because of that mistake, my actual car was stuck at the dealership, and Honda refused to release it until RZ paid for their error. They played a game of he said/ she said and neither party wanted to admit they were at fault- leaving me without my car for nearly a week. I work in pediatric home health and depend on my car for work. I lost income, missed client visits, and had to escalate the issue to Honda Corporate, BBB, and even the police -- all because RZ made a critical error and then tried to dodge responsibility. It has now been DAYS and no manager, supervisor or even a worker has reached out to apologize, explain anything, or offer a solution. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and urgency was shocking. I wouldn't trust this company again with my keys, much less my car.

Lifesaver! Professional, Honest, and Kind…read more I can't say enough good things about superhero roadside and Shawn! When my Jeep left me stranded and I was overwhelmed, he came out quickly and replaced my auxiliary battery on-site. When things got tricky after the install, he stayed calm, double-checked everything, and got me back on the road. Before calling them, I had reached out to multiple other shops and roadside companies, and nobody else could or would help me. They were the only ones willing to step up and actually get it done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind- a rare find these days. He explained what was happening in a way I could understand, and never once made me feel rushed or left me hanging. If you need roadside assistance, battery service, or just someone you can actually trust with your car, call them first. I would give 10 stars if I could.
