When I called value towing they answered right away and the driver was also very nice and responsive to my texts. I made the mistake of giving him the drop off address without stating North or South. Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address.
