Would give 0…read more Gave them my CC info to pay over the phone, and two days later they went on a shopping spree with my card. These guys are based out of India and I know it was them because they are the only ones I gave my CC details to and I don't save CC info on my phone. They send a link to prepay for the tow, but the link was not letting me process my payment after multiple attempts. She kept pushing to just give her the CC details, so I reluctantly gave her that info and it goes through first try without an issue. Two days later and all these charges are racking up on my CC. Fishy. Be careful. Edit: It's been 3 days since writing this review and they are now spam calling/texting my phone from different numbers and no caller ID's. I know this because they left voicemails/texts saying it's High Noon Hauling. They've used 5 different numbers now. Very unprofessional.

I needed my mom's car towed. The shop manager suggested I use Tow Jam because they had the most…read morereasonable pricing, but once I looked up their reviews and read about drivers being Ahole drivers and ahole period, I didn't even bother to call and check pricing with them. When I called value towing they answered right away and the driver was also very nice and responsive to my texts. I made the mistake of giving him the drop off address without stating North or South. Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address. He was very kind about it! I'm sure any other place would have been super rude or try to pin the mistake solely on me. I have their contact info and will recommend or use again.
