Vinny and Sam were amazing! We had a car accident in our Audi Q5 due to snow storm. We went…read moreshopping around for auto repair quotes and no one could beat the price this family shop gave us. They were very upfront and passionate about what they do. They demonstrated plenty of knowledge in their work. We felt confident to go with them and they handled everything with insurance as well! They did give us a timeline of a month and unfortunately it was not completed within a month. However, Vinny and Sam were not to blame. This couple truly values their customer and will do their best. They were both very responsive and transparent on the work in hand. We also did follow up plenty proactively to receive updates. The delay came from technical issues with our special car headlights and dealership final check. It was not a small project so we understand the lengthy timeline. We were most worried about our car rental deadline. At the end result, I was very picky on cosmetics and checking everything was back to normal. Vinny had no issue taking our car back to achieve what I wanted done properly when it came to cosmetic paint I still saw on car or my blackout not sticking properly. He made sure I was satisfied getting back my car in prime condition. Thank you Vinny & Sam for everything! We definitely will recommend you going forward and come back as needed for other car projects!

Slimy AF. Response to Jimmy's Response. Well it's my genuine opinion and authentic experience that my experience with you was slimy. In our text messages I let you know about the price and when you tried to add more fees on top of it I asked about cancellation and only then did you 'waive' the additional fees.. see text messages attached. I didn't go with the previous company because I was in a hurry and even though I was surprised at the price compared to the distance, getting it handled without stress was worth it. Also see in the text messages you dispatched ANOTHER COMPANY to actually do the work.. that is the factual definition of middle man. You being a legitimate automotive services company does not mean that what I said is false.. both things can be and appear to very much be true. Given the bullying and laughably gaslighting nature of your reply I don't have a real desire to be on the phone with you or "Jimmy". This review reflects the facts of our encounter and my opinions about those facts.. that's what an honest review is. Best of luck.
