I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.

Texas Towing was not only out here w/in 20 minutes, but I was charged less than two other local tow companies had quoted. This time, my wife's car overheated and had to be parked in Mckinney overnight. First thing the next morning, Texas Towing came all the way to VA just to pick up the key from us, drove back down to McKinney to tow the car and then ultimately brought it to the shop of our choice back in VA.
