They took a picture of our living room on their phone and then the app would add the flooring we wanted to see. They also had the samples with them. So with both of those we felt like we were able to make a well informed decision. After we picked the flooring they sat down with us to go over the quote so we understood each part. They were very professional every step of the way. The total cost of everything was broken down so we felt well informed on everything on the page. When installation day came the crew showed up right on time. They didn't give us a four hour block of time that we had to be there for like some other service oriented businesses. We knew what time they were going to show up and they came on time. The installation crew were professional and answered the few questions we had. I was amazed at the speed by which they could do things. Our whole project was completed in only a day! It looks fantastic. We love it. We get complements on it when friends visit. The value it adds to our home in just appearance and feel is awesome. Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day.
