After the work was done I soon realized that I was taken advantage of. This includes, but is not limited to, a $350 winch that I was charged $500 for... then to top it off $150 to install. Another example of this was a 3 inch lift that is listed on their official website for $329.00. I decided to go into the shop without looking at the website first and was charged $529.00 for this exact same lift kit. You might think that this price includes the install fee... No. That was extra on top. Unfortunately, that is not all I bought and was taken advantage of on. Couple all of this with an owner that is very unpleasant to speak with and will often scoff at questions that are asked. I have heard from other sources that the prices and service here are awful and I have learned my lesson the hard way. Please shop around and price compare before considering this shop.

I called their business today expecting friendly conversation which is what I've mostly experienced in Virginia so far... but not this time. I wasn't even sure I had the right place at first because whoever answered the phone couldn't be understood. So I mentioned I was new to the state and just bought a truck and you would think some type of conversation but I was met with silence. So I asked him about leveling kits and it was really hard to get information out of him, you'd think they'd love to talk about their products and services to make money but they must have enough and don't care. He had an attitude like I was bothering him by asking questions. Not a positive customer service experience at all. Maybe they are just slammed with business during this COVID crisis. I want to go somewhere that appreciates and wants my business.

Was super happy at first. Salesmen was awesome in finding me a quality used tire instead of buying…read morenew. Was told the job would take 30 minutes and ended up taking 2 hours to do 1 tire. My major problem was I asked over and over to make sure the tires in front had 60 psi and tires in back had 80 psi. What I got was a new front tire at 70 psi and they never even touched the 3 other tires even tho the tech and salesman said they did. It really is the small things that go a long way. Not sure why they would lie when I will find out in a few minutes of driving the truck.

When he called me, I asked him if that price covered all four brakes, rotors, and alignment, and he said yes. I wouldn't have agreed for just the rear brakes and rotors for the price we discussed. I recommend getting the work and agreed price in writing before moving forward.
