Only good things to say about this store. The wheels on my car made it difficult to mount & balance the new tires. The tech took his time to make sure everything was done right and when asked, gave me feedback on a couple mechanical issues I might want to address in the near future. I observed the very same level of service provided to other customers while I was waiting. Excellent friendly and professional service by a team that works well together. Thanks again! read more

Great shop. Needed a slow leak in my tire patched. Though very busy, quick service. Fast, excellent work by Dan at the desk and Melvin in the garage! read more

Service was awful! Didn't have the courtesy to call us back on an issue they created ! My husband had to hound them for over a week to fix a problem they made when doing a simple Inspection! He even had to buy the part as they were so lame trying to "look" for one. Their communication was awful amongst themselves as well as us. Never again!! I would give zero stars if they allowed it! read more

I was told over the phone that I would be getting all four rotors, brakes, an alignment, and tire rotation for a price. I agreed. When I picked up the car, they had only replaced the rear rotors and brakes. He said that is what we discussed on the phone, which is not true. When he called me, I asked him if that price covered all four brakes, rotors, and alignment, and he said yes. I wouldn't have agreed for just the rear brakes and rotors for the price we discussed. I recommend getting the work and agreed price in writing before moving forward. read more

Tried them using a Groupon offer. Front rep told me don't even bother with them as the shop adds charges to equal the normal price anyway. Stating at times comes even more then just normal price. No thanks. Never going back. read more

I contacted this establishment last week to inquire about getting my car inspected. I was told it would be best to drop it off at 7:30 AM one morning. On Tuesday, October 8, 2024. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 AM and had a family member pick me up. At 12:30 PM I contacted the center to get an update regarding the inspection, and I was told I would be next in line. At 3:30 PM I contacted the center again and was told that I was next in line. I informed the front office staff that I had dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 AM that morning and had assumed that it would be ready by now. Additionally, I explained my situation with regards to needing my vehicle by tomorrow to take a family member to the hospital out of town. While an apology was offered, as of 5:30 PM when I arrived to check on the status of my car, it was still sitting in the same place I parked it at 7:30AM that morning and had not been inspected!! I requested my keys and left. Complete lack of consideration and poor customer service! read more

These guys are the best around! I work in homehealth and good tires are a necessity. I was running on a tight work schedule and they took care of my car in less than an hour! Excellent customer service skills, too. Recommend them highly! read more

Tire was screwed and they fixed it in a timely manner. Friendly customer service. I will return again.

Do not bring your vehicle here for more than an oil change and wipers! I brought my truck in (running fine) for an exhaust leak. Four days and $844 later, I pick it up and it breaks down a mile down the road.... I paid to have it towed back to them and they tell me they don't know what's wrong with it. Take it somewhere else. So basically, I brought them a running truck, they charged me $844 and gave me back a broke down truck. It was obviously something they didn't put back together correctly, but they denied any and all responsibility and told me there's nothing they can do for me. Now, I have to pay for another tow to take it to a real mechanic to fix what they broke. Bad business! read more

Cannot say enough good things about this Mr. Tire. I was having a terrible time finding somewhere to plug a tire for me (3pm on a Saturday, not a whole lot of options) and was fortunate enough to find this place. They were quick, accommodating and so kind! Will be back for future services! read more

I ran over a very small nail somewhere and my low tire pressure light came on. I tried to go to a few places but everywhere was backed up for a few days. I drove right on to Mr. Tire and they said they could look at it today. Fast forward about 3 hours and they had it all patched up. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which is great because I'm about 80% through my current tires tread life, and I know I'll need new tires soon. I will happily be back here. read more

I had to wait several days for a car inspection due to the fact that the state inspector wasn't working. Thursday or Friday. But got the inspection on Monday. read more

Had a great experience at this shop while taking a road trip from NH to TX and realized my tire had a leak. They took us in quickly with no appointment and the manager Don was extremely kind and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. They found a huge nail and quickly patched it up for us and gave us a great deal. Their shop is clean, professional, and you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely recommend!! read more

I was near the end of a very long 3-day road trip when I had a tire get dangerously low pressure. A service station referred me to this Mr. Tire because it was just down the road. I came in very tired and distressed about the tire, as I don't know much about auto service or maintenance. The gentleman at the desk calmly came out in the July heat, looked at my car, and checked his inventory to find that they did not have the tire I needed in stock. I asked for advice and he referred me to the nearest tire store, a competitor. I responded that I wanted to call them to check inventory so that I wouldn't drive the few more miles only to find the same out of stock situation. He coached me on exactly what to ask for, advised that they would likely attempt to sell me 2 tires rather than 1, but that I really only needed 1 since my other tires were relatively new. He supported me with all the questions, and then gave me detailed directions on how to get there. He was so kind and helpful in a moment of distress for me; he didn't charge anything or get any business out of it, but was very generous with his time and knowledge. Since I live a few hours away, I am not likely to have an opportunity to give him my future business, but I would highly recommend this place based on good customer service and providing kindness to a person in need. read more
